just a start for now but basically this is a log where i experiment with different herbals and supplements in normal and not so normal dosages, not extremely specific goals but everything like libido, orgasms, load size, feels etc will be noted.
i'd rate my knowledge on these subjects as well above average but nothing insane either just saying i think i'll give better perspective than the review you'll find at amazon.com(which are highly faked these days if I may add)
this thread will go on as i post and add to it, i'll index everything i add as well for ease of use if it actually becomes big.
if someone really wants me to look into a specific "supplement" and i have it on hand i will line it up next that's it for now.
at 5000 iu per day is concluded for now, definitely worth it i recommend everyone take 3,000-5,000 iu daily for sexual health, nothing wrong with taking more if you want to try that out as well.

1. slight general increase in energy and well being
2. more random erections
3. more "drive" when working out Conclusion: Recommended find it cheap and it's worth the money
Zinc Gluconate 75mg a day providing nearly 10mg elemental zinc
as of Feb 25 i upped the Zinc Gluconate dose to 150mg(50mg 3x a day) providing around 20mg elemental zinc(half of the long term safety limit)
Feb 12 2014 - march 6 2014 switched to a more complete mineral supplementation shown further down

1. slightly better skin but more significant is it's a lot harder to get acne now.(update destroyed all acne i had, not a single pimple now with a bottle that cost me $1.50 very highly recommended)
2. minor increase in load, may become more significant with time we'll see
3. positive effects on everything masculine
4. very notable effect on sleep quality, basically more sleep in less hours
5. more sexual stamina or endurance, want to keep going on longer

2. may have promoted acne Conclusion: definitely not recommended, as of now it seems there are probably few people out there that need any extra vitamin e and it seems to do jack shit in excess, nothing but side effects.

Conclusion: mehh, I'll say it probably has some uses in combination with other things but as a standalone libido booster or something like that probably not, you can get some for less than $10 bucks tho if you want to see if it is for you.

It really seems like it's doing something for my balls, my loads are consistently quite large and my balls stay "full" throughout the day, however no libido change or anything else to speak of. Conclusion: Only recommended as part of some kind of testicular health or load size stack. not as a libido booster, interestingly my time on tribulus I've been my strongest at the gym and have seen other guys claim it somehow makes them stronger however that's not very concrete at all and I can't recommend it for that.
24% extract 120mg 2x per day so 1 morning 1 evening total 240mg, I'll do it on a fairly empty stomach because thats what has worked for other things but if i sense any irritation then I'll just change it obviously and let you guys know

blood flow to my unit seemed enhanced and I felt good too, the blood flow in your brain should be better too thus increasing cognition, but that's a little harder to measure haha Conclusion: I think it has it's place as part of a dick stack.

Pissed blood, nah not really it was really too weak to notice anything consistently, may have given me a little boost the first couple of days Conclusion: probably pretty useless for healthy men, I'm saving what I have left to throw in as part of a stack at some point.
500mg 2x per day once in the morning and once before working out on a fairly empty stomach, a higher dose like 750mg or 1 gram 2-3 times a day is probably better but I only had a little bit to experiment with this time.
Going to quit tracking the dates that I took it on, too hard to remember and it's irrelevant, we can always see it by going to the posts and looking at the dates anyway.

1 I felt like conversations were improved during the entire "cycle" they flowed better and I seemed more creative and what not, I do believe it to be a pro social compound but some people will get stronger results than others.
2 strength wen't up very significantly over the course of taking it, I'm not completely sure that this can all be attributed to it but my strength gains are slow again like they used to be now that I'm off of it so that does make a strong case for it. I'm looking forward to using it again and seeing if this repeats itself or if it was just a fluke, I really hope it wasn't
3 balls were looking good and full, it seems healthy for your testicles Conclusion: I'll go ahead and link some easy to read studies here, do keep in mind tho these are men that are unhealthy, infertile or have other issues, us healthy guys could hope for 50% of those effects at best
I'll definitely be buying some more and I expect to be taking it around 6 months out of the year for it's benefits, none of which make a night and day difference but it is useful.

little peaks of higher libido occasionally that may be naturally occurring and actually have nothing to do with the maca. Conclusion: raw maca is probably a waste of time and money, unless maybe you're taking like 10 grams. a Maca extract sounds more promising, I'll try that out sometime in the future.
other things i take practically year round but aren't worth logging,
1 some cheap fish oil for general health and mega dosing helps your joints if you're sore for what ever reason
2 some niacin(Vitamin B3), flush is kinda cool and i think it actually helps your dick a bit.
some cleaning up the messy intro, this thread will improve as we go on of course
added a basic resume or overview of what happened when i took each supplement, and also if i think it's worth taking or not.

this is the third day of vitamin d3, nothing significant so far i was actually expecting to feel something by now as i've got very shitty sunlight in the past few weeks and felt the drawbacks from it oh well.
i was definitely considering Ashwagandha tho i dont have it on hand atm i think i'll look into it, as for the vitamin d i'm doing good libido wise, yesterday was especially good but i cant tell if it was really something extra from the d3, also i cant test orgasms, loads etc atm because of my current nofap challenge unless i can get a nice young lady to help me out consistently which unfortunately isn't the case atm.
writing this while half asleep(half broken keyboard also) so bare with me
so i've observed the effects from the vitamin d at 5,000 iu for another week or so now as well as looked into some more research and information, I think i'm approaching a conclusion for now.
first thing deficiencies are way more rare then i originally thought in fact in white/light skinned people(like me) they are apparently quite rare, for one we make a lot more d in the sun than darker folks and contrary to popular belief it seems like d3 is found in various foods, (at least fortified ones) in good dosages the other day i was drinking some milk and the jug said something like 250iu d per 250ml, thats 1000iu from a litre that alone is enough to prevent deficiencies and put you at good levels, it's very normal for me to have 1+ litres in a day anyway so in short if you aren't dark then d3 is less important but regardless 5,000 iu stills made a difference.
so effects well it definitely helps boners for me it's been more morning wood, more nightwood(and nice dreams) and probably the most significant effect was on random boners as in non sexual like you're sitting in a chair and suddenly notice your unit is feeling with blood and is about to become a full on erection.
now on to more speculative things it may have improved something along the lines of mood or drive and motivation. interesting experiance after like a week of d supplementation i worked out after not doing so for around 10 days for various reasons and i felt a lot of that motivation, excitement and "mental pump" if you will like i did when i first started working out, you know that exciting desire feeling you had when you first workout that started wearing off after some months as the training becomes just a habit and not so fun anymore, i felt some of that come back so basically what i'm speculating is that d probably has positive effects on motivation and euphoric feeling in the gym and maybe in other areas of life as well, this stuff needs more longer testing tho before i can confirm for now i'm thinking of starting zinc how does that sound?
here are my thoughts; I take 2000 mg of vitamin D3 per day and also take zinc 50 mg per day. yes zinc is very important for men as semen contains lot of zinc. so if your shooting some big loads do take zinc.
