Have wanted to become consistent with my manual exercises so I have decided to start a journal to encourage myself to stay consistent.
My starting stats are roughly 6" BPEL and 5.5" EG. My long term goal is to increase my BPEL to 8 inches, eventually I will begin to focus on increasing my EG. Because I am focusing on length gains at this stage in time my current routine is; -30 second stretch out front -30 second stretch to the left -30 second stretch to the right -30 second helicopter stretch This is repeated 5 times. Finally I finish with 50 jelqs. I do not currently wish to invest in the SG or BathMate however may do so in the future. Any suggestions or constructive input throughout my journey will be appreciated. |

Just did the 5 sets and jelqs for today. Created a couple of purple spots on my dick from bursting blood vessels (i think), not sure if i'm gripping my dick too hard. Also feels like i'm pulling a lot of skin.

The red spots and purple blotches should go away within a day or two at the most. If not try doing 50-100 jelqs and that will get rid of most of them.
