1.5 to 3-4 inches in length total. 3-4 inches is rare but 1-2 inches is attainable most def.
Girth the most I think you can gain is 2 inches in girth. but I don't think many dudes want a 7.5-8 inches in girth dick. Get turned down by a lot of ladies. |

Some men have gained upwards of 5 inches in length, and 3 inches in girth.... so anything is possible but I might add those gains are quite extreme and to years of daily dedication, I say that for the average guy who's just trying to grab a few inches i'd have to agree with Phil!

Thanks, I was wondering this too. My ultimate goal is 7" nbpel.... I'm 6" bpel right now 5.5-6"nbpel. Hard to measure with a simple ruler since it's curved. I have a couple questions phil. 1) How much nbpel did you gain from losing fat alone? Or is it hard to gauge since you were doing PE in the process? 2) Is it possible for EVERYONE to gain over 1" with enough time or can some people only have a genetic ceiling of like a decimal of an inch? Let's give the benefit of the doubt and say I'm a slow/hard gainer.... How long would it take to put 1" in length on my dick vs. 1.5" with the standard BM + SG combo? 3) My girth is half decent but I've heard it's easier to gain than length so I'm not concerned, but how long untl you see permanent girth gains from the BM? 5-6 months? |

Response to HXC, they say that every 15 pounds could potentially reveal up to 1 full inch!
Also, man I've been doing this for a while, im a new member here but I've been involved with other pe sites and still am for years, one thing I noticed is that newbies are always worried about the time, but the truth is it all depends on you. It all depends on how much time and intensity and commitment you put into your routine and daily exercises. Now, don't lose hope because the truth is if you stick to it, gains will come and if your commited to using intensity they'll come faster, many newbies have gained an inch in length within the first 2 months of their routine , so if that's what you want you have something to look foreward to! Just a side note, I don't know who told you girth comes faster than length, because it's quite the opposite! I mean, everyone gains differently some length quicker some girth quicker, but I'd say from everyone that I've talked to gaining girth quickly is more of an exception than the rule. Good luck! |

To be honest with you I am not to sure since I started PE and losing weight at the same time. When I started I was at 4 inches erect length no bone pressed. I am now at 5.9-6.1 inches of erect length none bone pressed. And 6.5-6.7 bone pressed all depends on my EQ for that day. And I think everyone can gain at least an inch with Pe even hard gainers. Permanent girth gains I saw after 4-5 months of using the BM for 4-5 months straight. |

This ^ And one thing is for sure, the bigger your starting size is, the more inches you will gain. If your dick is like 4 inch you're not likely to end up with a 9 inch dick. It would be a gain of 130%, which is pretty impossible to me. But if a guy starts at 9inch hes very likely to gain 2-3 inches, why not... its only 20-30% from his starting point. Hope it makes sense. |

^ That's Completely wrong, your starting size has nothing to do with how many inches you'll gain or even how quick.
It may have a correlation with how big you end up, considering some one who is already 8 gaining 2 inches will be larger than someone who starts with 6'' and gains 2. But as for how many inches are gained and how fast, your starting size has nothing to do with it! And enough of the metaphorical shit, yes it's true that only you can make the gains happen, but there is this whole Nobody knows thing is crap! it's been proven the for every 15lb you can reveal up to an inch in length. |
