Now, on to the the reason why i'm writing this. I never had an issue with my dick, and I never tought it was possible to get it bigger. I was skipping trough channels on my tv the other day, and saw this documentary about a guy who did stretches etc. and figured i'd look it up online, which ultimately led me to this site.
I got a ruler and a tape and started measuring, figured i'd give it a go for kicks.
I started out at 7" NBPEL and 7,7" BPEL and 4,8" Erect mid shaft girth. I've always heard i've got a big penis, beeing only 5,8 ft and lean, but after reading here, I noticed my girth needs some serious work.

I bought the bathmate x40 and started doing some Jelqs and Squash squeezes (correct name? where you squeeze from the base AND from the head). 6 weeks later i'm up to 5,4" erect mid girth and I can't get regular condoms over my entire shaft cause it's too tight (the lower half of my penis is quite fat and just getting it over the head is a challenge). I'm actually getting turned on just by looking at my dick now haha. Now i didn't do a whole lot of stretches, cause honestly, i'm pretty satisfied with my lenght, but I also gained 0,3" in lenght.
I didn't follow a very hard routine, and i didn't even take it that serious, but wow... This shit actually works.
My dick still turtles from time to time, but it's very rare, and even if it does, I'd just swing it abit and it's back to hanging nicely below my balls. Love it.
So I guess I just wanted to share my story to the people new to this kinda "sport", and just belive that one day results will come. They sure as hell did for me, and at a much, much faster rate then I had ever anticipated.
Didn't really follow a strict program. I read up on girth exercises and combined jelq + that squeeze i described with the bathmate. I always shower in the morning, so I strap on the bathmate then for 10-15minutes fully erect befor Class. After gym I now go home to shower, so I can jelq or do the bathmate for 10minutes (I like to do 50/50 - Bathmate/ Manual excercises).
If I worked my dick 2 days in a row, I take a day off (Sometimes I go 3 days then break). Don't want to overdo it since i've just started this, but it's fucking hard not to. Seeing results that fast I want to work it every day, but I keep trying to tell myself that the growing happens with proper restitution.
Also, I stopped mastrubating to ejaqulation. When I mastrubate now, I just do the squeezes and keep going like that a few times.
This also makes me alot more horny, and i've made it into a fun game (get laid or get blue balls).
Not sure what the name is for this type of squeeze, but i've read it was supposed to be sick for girth, and it is. My dick blows up like after a bathmate session.
I basicly get fully erect, edge maybe once or twice. Then I take one hand and grip at the base, kegeling as much blood as possible into my dick. I slowly move my hand up maybe an inch, then I use my second hand to grip at the head, squeeze and move it towards the base.
This causes alot of blood to be stuck between my 2 hands, and my midshaft girth explodes. I hold that squeeze for maybe 30 seconds, then I release the hand closest to the head and slowly jelq the hand close to the base up towards the head and release.
I do this a few times instead of ejaqulating and it's like I don't even recognize my dick anymore
Keep in mind this is done together with Bathmate 10-20min a day and jelqing 10-20min a day (divided into two sessions, Bathmate in the morning, jelq after Gym).
The harder the better it works. I don't use lube for this exercise, to get a good grip.
Just do it slow and move your two OK grips maybe an inch towards eachother, try kegeling while doing it aswell and check the results.
I didn't take pictures befor I started, cause honestly, I never tought it was actually going to work.
I started doing some stretches and jelqs, and quickly noticed how my EQ went up and my dick felt heavier.
I then went online and got myself the bathmate, which I now can push to over 9 inches.
