Hey Guy's! since I have like 3-4 different threads on my PE stuff. I figured I would just start putting everything into a single thread so it is easier for me to update but also put up progress and everything else involved in the routines I am doing.
Devices I used is Pumps: Hercules X30 Penomet X30 Xtreme (added 9-29-14) x20 (added 12-14-15) Extender: Size genetics Phallosan Forte (added 2-18-14) Also own the fleshlight STU and some divosuits. I started my PE journey first with the bathmate hercules on 9-8-12 and then started using the SG extender 10-22-12. I have worn the SG extender for a total amount of hours to today- 1,016 hours total I also started off hitting 110mm in the Hercules and now I hit anywhere from 165-168mm in the pump. I hit 6.5 to 6.8 inches in the Penomet as well. My starting stats where Before: Flaccid:3 Inches in length, 4.2 inches in girth Erect:4 inches in length, 4.6 Inches in girth As of today: Flaccid:Ill update this later tonight Erect:5.9 Inches in length, 5.5 Inches in Girth My new routine I am going to be doing from now on is going to be something like this. A.M. Pump session of 4-8 minuets full pressure with a boner Wear SG extender for 8+ hours Jelq 200+ times before P.M pump sessions Pump with full boner to full pressure 2x8 minuets Then before bed edge for 20-30 minuets Also I will be throwing in kegals as well throughout the day. And probably do some dedicated kegals in the morning as well before or after the pump before I throw on the SG. I might grab a different extender or two just to try out when I have the extra cash to see how they work out against the SG. Also going to used my STU a lot more while edging. Here are some before and after pics during my first run of PE so you guys can see my results from my first run I ever did.

To be honest if I would of kept using the device in December I would of logged in another like 80-90 hours. But I took that whole month off. Not doing that anymore. |

Edged-20 minuets Jelqed-200 times Penomet- 2x8 minuet sessions with full boner. wore 3 layers of divosuit hit 6.6 inch mark on penomet with red gaiter @ full pressure. Jelqed-100 times after Penomet Worn SG- 2 hours today (dick wouldn't stay soft to put on SG this morning almost made me late for work) |

Going to take today and tomorrow off. And then do sunday through friday. so 6 days on then take that saturday and sunday off and get back to 5 days on and one day of with my new routine.

Today is going to be SG for 8 hours edging for 20 minuets 400 jelqs and 2x8 minuet Penomet session then 200 more jelqs and then SG for 2 more hours. |
