based on you saying only jelq 3x a week for 10min i feel i'm over-exercising
my routine currently:
warmup (sometimes: getting better at it)
stretches: all directions and under ass
jelq: 20 min (half overhand and half under hand: changed to fully your way after seeing video)
bm (full boner and kegeling):
3min low pump (abt 175-180) 1 set light bm length exercises during (front ,up, down 30sec each)
+ 15min full pump + (187-193) 3 sets light bm length finish
+ finish with a 3min low pump (just letting it hang while I shower)
Routine is Mon/Tues/Wed: on
started july 1 2012~ about 6 length by 5 girth (NBPEL honestly never measured)
november 12, 2012~ 6.25 by 5 (NBPEL)
today Feb 1, 2013~ 6.25 by 5
Stretching = length
Jelqing = girth (but should be done anyway to fill the empty channels you create in stretching so-to-speak)

I would say jelq when your penis is not stiff but not flacid either, more like the 60-75% range. You want to have the pressure of your blood going through your penis at almost maximum flow already so when you are jelqing your forcing more there than should be there, in which your penis grows to compensate this new flow.
I found a video of myself to replace the lower quality Jelqing via adult site videos. If there were any questions on how to Jelq- this should answer it.
btw- a lot of guys get great gains with the devices (Bathmate/Penomet, Sizegenetics) that's great-- it makes it easy and fun. I just want to suggest- add 10minutes of jelqing 3x a week might make a significant difference. You don't have say "I'm going to jelq 5 days a week and no less than 50minutes!!!" and when you don't follow through after 2 weeks, you all get all discouraged and do NOTHING... It doesn't have to be ALL OR NOTHING. doesn't have to be that way. (thats what would happen to me).

Forget the marathon sessions, just do a little bit every 2 or 3 days. Try to enjoy it, use it really appreciate your growing dick and squeeze/pulls on the areas that don't get regular stimulation. Kegel and watch your head EXPAND... mind-dick connection. And Then- STOP after 10 minutes.
Yes, I know, jelqing is a pain in the ass. That's why I didn't take PE seriously for 7-8 years. But it works and it works damn good and ITS FREE.
