For me, what works is during solo practice taking a deep belly breath in while imagining the area behind your balls kinda dropping/lowering or blowing up like a bubble, with a partner I just do the breath and push more than relax, also people recommend doing hindu squats as a method of relaxing and stretching your pc. Hopefully that helps a little, reverse kegels were the missing piece of the puzzle for me, wish I had started doing them sooner.
