My PC muscles have never been really weak. I could always stop the flow of urine, but they were also never really strong. So I started doing alot of kegels and reverse kegels lately, and it has made a big difference in how far I can shoot my load. IMO they are very necessary. You want balanced pelvic muscles. From what Ive read doing only kegels can lead to premature ejaculation. Doing reverse kegels will allow you to control yourself so that you can ejaculate when you want. If I feel I am about to cum I will do a hard reverse kegel and hold it until the sensation to cum goes away. If I want to cum I will do a hard kegel, and hold it until I cum. |

How do you reverse kegel? No guides seem to explain it well enough. It's almost always along the lines of 'relax' wtf so aren't I doing a reverse kegel always?

I know that Chris has a newbie routine for Kegels, but I have also read that reversal Kegels are necessary to keep the pic muscles balanced. How would one incorporate reverse Kegels into the newbie Kegel routine?

By doing kegels with an erection and edging a lot I went from 6.75 to 8 inches BPEL around the age of 18, but this could have just been natural gains anyway. Also my erection angle changed from pointing at about 9 o'clock, to standing up around 11' clock or so.

Yea Ive noticed they make a huge difference but you have to be consistent with them and you have to do them write. None of this shit a second give or take it has to be good concentrated diciplined repetitions like in the gym to get the best results. Definitley feel like I have a healthier dong.
