Arguably without Kegels, I'd be 7.0" (I'm at ~7.2" with harder boner than at 7"). Don't slack on these like I did. A year ago, I had a decent dick with pretty average blood flow.

Yes do them! Do tons or reverse kegels those have really changed it up for me. Do hold-release kegels also where you hold for 5 to 10 seconds then rest for 2 seconds between them. Pick a set amount and do the same every day for a week then increase it by 25-50 a week(for regular) And 5-10 a week (hold-release) |
