Hey GLL Community! Been reading for a while on here, love the stuff and community.
Alright alright, I KNOW there's a ton of information on here about routines for each individual piece of PE equipment and the different manual exercises (Trust me, I've done a LOT of reading). Especially PhilTheBeard's detailed training regimen and logged training data over his journey to becoming a MONSTA below the belt. The problem I'm having is I can't find anything concrete on the Bathmate and PF used in conjunction with each other. PhilTheBeard's routine is using the Bathmate and SG and it seems like he does 2 Days on 1 Day off consistently, but I keep reading all of these routines saying "Just hit the PF every day". So I'm curious if it's OK to do the PF every day for 8-10 hours or if the routine should still consist of rest days (Of absolute 0 PE) in connection with the Bathmate and other exercises. Additionally, when reading the info on the Bathmate routines, I'm not seeing anything regarding the Bathmate HydroExtreme 7, which is the one I own. I'm just wondering if it's safe to use that model the same way as the others as I've read it has higher pressure than the previous models like the x30 and x40, etc. That AND am I correct to assume that most of these Bathmate routines are the 12+ minutes of pump STRAIGHT with no breaks, as opposed to the manufacturers recommendations?? (I just want to make sure I'm being safe with my usage practice so I don't break the ol' soon to be 3rd leg, and yes, I do understand to practice common sense and if it's painful, STOP to prevent injury ![]() Devices owned: -Phallosan Forte (The whole kit, been using it on/off and wanting to be 100% serious to reach my goals ASAP!) -Bathmate HydroExtreme 7 Any recommendations or advice on the combination of the two units will be greatly appreciated. I'd also like to start logging my training data much like Phil and the others have as well to help out the community in whatever way I can! -Alpha (In Training) |

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
Kratom is next!
