So after encountering this realm of PE and Good Looking Loser only last week via Derek from MorePlatesMoreDates on youtube I've fallen down this peen wormhole.
I've purchased a BM Extreme and a cheap $15 eBay extender to test with (that I'll upgrade to the SG if I feel it's practical to wear one long-term).
I'll update measurements and situation in the next post.
It still feels mental starting all this as it is like being told the holy grail exists and I'm mostly going on the fact I trust Derek and GLL seem honest too so if I'm wrong fair enough. The SG study seems legit too so I'm willing to give it 8months of sustained use on faith alone.
I'm in the averagish range and I was fine to be honest (and if PE doesn't work out then no big deal) but who among us doesn't want a bigger D lol
I'll update measurements (maybe pics in next post). I've probably 30 pounds of fat to lose too which I'll be doing simultaneously (lost this amount before and I'll be fine doing this).

Speed and intensity I'd like to rachet up (safely). E.g I'd like to be severely inconvenienced regarding time and program for a year or two rather than ten years mildly to get to my goal.
I'm in the process of losing 30lbs too which I do every so often but I don't see massive issues.
So my BM Extreme arrived and my cheap knock-off SG. The knock-off SG was actually quite comfortable. The only issue was it wouldn't stay attached. It came with a noose and the fact I was uncircumcised made it easy to slip off. I'm likely going to try to create my own attachment as it WAS comfortable otherwise. I'm very glad I bought this cheap SG because it's given me a lot of doubts about buying the full system.
I'm likely going to try to adapt my extender but I'm veering towards PF now. Especially since Derek from MPMD seemed to favour that one too.
Regarding my routine. I've been using BM for a week. Never with a full erection and very cautiously and fairly conservatively. I don't want my dick to decompress and explode like in those sci films when someone hits the vacuum of space haha. I'll ramp up for another two weeks.
I've tried a bit of jelqing and stretching but I don't think I'm doing it right so will need to educate myself. I'm such a novice I will need to find a good routine to follow. So much information in jelq, stretching, extenders, kegels, reverse kegels, BM that I honestly don't know what is important or not I'll view the sticky notes on GLL.
I've been using the BM every second day as I'm being quite cautious. I've done a few sessions of jelqing and stretching but not much.
I've very slowly been ramping up.
First BM flaccid, 50% erect, then finally maybe full boner for 1minute twice or three times a day. I'm talking a cautious approach bas the BM does seem capable of exerting a LOT of pressure.
I'm noticed increase flaccid hang but nothing major.
I'm probably going to buy a cheap knock-off PF to test if that type of a device is a legit option. My fake SG isn't really working as keeps slipping off with the noose (uncircumcised). I've bought a band online to try again but it seems like the PF vacuum sleeve or VLC tugger seems better uncut guys.
If the PF style works I'll probably buy the full official rig but I'm so glad I tested my fake SG first.
