I haven't done any PE in the past 7 months and I have, expectedly, shrunk in size. However, the shrinkage has been incredibly minimal.
BPEL went down from 7" to 6 6/8"
erect girth has maintained at 5 1/8"
My flaccid size has stayed permanently lengthened. I am still ~4". Which is a long way off my 1.5-2.5" that I started at. I do get turtling when I workout and when I am cold. However, that's normal. My average flaccid actually looks like a dick and that makes me happy.
To reflect upon my PE journey:
I would definitely do it again if I could go back in time.
I didn't like that I was fat - I lost weight
I didn't like that I was skinny - I built muscle
I didn't like my acne - I fixed it
I didn't like my 5 inch dick - I went to 7"
