A theory of mine:
I've heard people reply to the question "How do I know I need to take a day off of PE?" with "If you have trouble getting erections". I didn't think there was much value to that statement until I had a recent realisation. The first time I went hard at PE (about 4 months ago) and I went at it with all I had, to the point where my dick was bleeding and had a tear from the head all the way down (the skin had sort of exploded) and I kept going (which I strongly do not recommend) because I would ask myself the question "can I still get a boner?" and the answer was "yes" so I kept going. After 1.5 months of this I had to take a 3-4 week break because of family reasons. (Christmas period). Before that break my NBPEL was at 5 1/8" so I hadn't made any gains, which I was completely ok with because people said it takes about a year of consistent PE to gain an inch. So after 3 weeks worth of no PE my boners were way larger and I decided to measure ... NBPEL = 6 3/8". (see edit at bottom of post for reference) Now my theory behind how this happened. Firstly, my erections were weaker during the period of time I was doing heavy PE but at the end of the 1.5 months of PE my "weakened" erections were at the same length that my 100% boners used to be before PE, I just didn't realise my erections were weaker yet. I still got erections but not as hard I suppose (which is confirmed now that I have started going hard at it again). As far as I understand it penis growth occurs mostly from hypertrophy and some mild hyperplasia. So most of your growth will come from tiny tears in your penile tissue which then heal and thus new tissue is added resulting in an increase in size. The protocol I was running included 10-12 hours of SG+VLC tugger at high tension (way higher than needed tbh) and then at the end of my 10-12 hours of SG I'd do a 20 min BM session with a full boner. My theory is that by stretching for so long I create those tears and they try to heal but then after I use the BM my dick expands even more making those tears larger. They would somewhat heal by the morning but still be present and by that time I'd be back in the SG for another ~10 hours. Doing less than that would cause the micro tears and then they'd heal and then you'd create more of them and they'd heal too. But because of the excessive amount of stretching I did I never allowed the micro tears to fully heal and just kept making them bigger as they kept healing. This reminds me of the height increasing surgery where they break your shin bones (because bones are too hard and not plastic enough to create micro tears in them by just pulling) so they make a massive tear in them and then keep pulling the 2 pieces of bone apart by a few mm every day while they heal and try to reach one another and until they heal fully you can't walk on them properly although they are growing (or in PE context - you can't get a 100% erection even though your penis is growing). The reason most people gain so slowly is because they stop "pulling their bones apart" as soon as they break them, however, in my opinion that is when you should keep pulling them apart, at the point where your erections begin to get a bit weaker is when you should keep going even harder to really cause some internal tears and after they heal you will be surprised AF. So currently I am back on a similar PE routine as the one I did before but my dick (externally) is handling it much better - no blisters, no bleeding, no torn skin. My erections have gone down by about 5/8" which is understandable. I will keep going for a month or two and when I take a break 2-4 weeks and if my theory is correct I will be at nearly 7" NBPEL. (which happens to be my end-goal, accompanied by 5.5" girth). So basically, right now I am testing my theory and will report back. If anyone actually reads all of this you are a hero. haha Edit: 10 - Raging rock-hard 09 - Very hard 08 - Hard 07 - Mostly Hard 06 - Somewhat Hard 05 - Semi Hard/ Semi Soft 04 - Somewhat Impotent 03 - Mostly Impotent 02 - Impotent 01 - Completely Impotent Following this chart, my erections while i am doing heavy PE are at the 6-7 range. However, after a 2-3 week break once everything has healed i am back up at 10/10 raging rock-hard. I didn't like that I was fat - I lost weight

Bathmate update:
I am at the stage where using the bathmate at max pump for 20 minutes feels completely comfortable. I don't get any pain/discomfort anymore. It is just awkward to try and pump the last little bit of water out to minimise the pressure inside the BM at this stage so I decided to order the vacu vin + VLC cone mod and give that a try. Should have it delivered within 7 days .. can't wait for it. It will allow me to reduce the pressure inside the BM even more, also no more annoying pumping by pressing hard as hell against my body. Low tension VLC tugger with band overnight:
I am going to try wearing the VLC tugger overnight (without the SG modification) just with the elastic band it originally comes with that you wrap around your knee/waist and use low to moderate tension on top of the 8-10 hours of SG I'm doing throughout the day and 20 min BM. Will update here how it goes Update: Can confirm, it is comfortable enough to be worn during the whole night. Normally, during the day I stretch out to 7" for 8x1hour because it starts to hurt if I do longer "sets". Using the overnight setup I stretch to 6" and it is perfectly comfortable. (my flaccid is 3.5-4.5"). Stretching overnight at such low tension couldn't be much but it still adds up in my opinion. Will keep at it for now and see how it goes. "the more you pull the more you grow" Edit: I do not recommend doing VLC tugger all night if you are planning to do PE during the next day. The issue is not blood restriction as it would be with the SG, but the fact that you are putting something over the skin covering the head of your penis and that thing sits there for 8 hours. This causes moisture build up and your skin becomes softer and due to the small vacuum the top layer of your skin begins to get "unstuck" from the bottom layers. Similar to how when you burn your finger the skin gets white and separates, eventually peeling off. So this weakens your skin and makes PE during the next day very likely to cause discomfort/pain/injury. I didn't like that I was fat - I lost weight

Reached 6.85 inch in the BM today. (personal best)
Will take a 2 day break from the VLC tugger/extending in general as my skin needs to heal a bit or else it will completely rupture again. Instead I will do 2x 20 min BM sessions a day. 1 in the morning and then 1 before bed (which I am already doing anyways). People worried about BM discoloration making your dick black idk why you worry. It doesn't cause damage. I kind of prefer it being darker if anything. Update: I have come to the opinion that bathmate use over 10 minutes in length, in a single session, at max pressure is counterproductive (long-term-wise) because it introduces too much water retention (for me at least). Water retention sits between the skin and the shaft thus "compressing" the shaft rather than "expanding" it. So up to 10 min at max pressure seems okay so far. Will experiment more once the vacu vin mod arrives. Also can't wait to start clamping, seems like it is going to be more effective (as far as permanent gains are concerned) than the bathmate as it doesn't cause fluid retention and still works on my girth. Clamping for girth:
There seems to be a lot of controversy around clamping but as far as I could gather it does seem like it is effective. For me personally, it also allows me to get a feel for how big my actual erections are once I stop doing PE and start really focusing on kegels. Some people suggest clamping for 10 minutes straight but I am not comfortable doing anything over 3-4 min in one session yet. I just did 7 sets of 3-4 min and it felt alright. I should try clamping after a 10 min bathmate session. I will be content with any permanently gained girth that puts me at 5.5" or more. This means that after a quick bathmate session I will easily be 6". Currently I am at 5 3/8" while clamping so I'd say I am at 5 2/8" in reality. Hoping to hit that 7" BPEL soon too. I haven't been able to use the VLC for the past couple of days due to injured frenulum...mainly friction that causes it. I am getting a special cream delivered tomorrow which I will be using overnight to hopefully allow the skin there to heal overnight and be ready for abuse the next day so I won't have to take breaks. I know for a fact it doesn't irritate my penis as I've used it as a kid after doing some stupid stuff... I didn't like that I was fat - I lost weight

You NEED to warm up before bathmate.
Today I jelqed for the first time ever. I grabbed some coconut oil and went at it, decided to also use the bathmate after. So, jelqing was kinda fun, went at it for about 20 minutes (200 jelqs) and by the end my dick felt fatigued. I filled up my bathmate with hot water... stimulated my dick so it goes as hard as it can be and got in the bathmate for 20 minutes. First of all, the expansion was like never before (both girth and length). The fluid retention was minimal, and the amount that I did get, was gone/evened out to the point of not looking weird within 20-30 minutes, yet my dick was pumped. (i used to have fluid retention sit in my dick unevenly and bulgy for up to 12 hours before) Aboslutely amazing. Will keep up the jelqing. Especially because I think it will do wonders for my head girth. Also, jelqing seems to be really easy to recover from (compared to SG+VLC). I didn't like that I was fat - I lost weight

Vacu VIN:
I got the vacuvin and tried it out today... I've got to say this is great, absolutely amazing. I am still very cautious with it. But soon I will be able to reach 7" in the bathmate i suppose. All it takes is some practice. Also, I am back to the VLC tugger now after a break I took so my frenulum could heal. At this point my frenulum is made of steel lol (still super sensitive to stimulation tho). Edit: Will be looking to add more length to my VLC stretch. Will probably remove the keyring extension I have on it. At the moment I am stretching at pretty much 7". I have enough bars to go up to like 7 1/2 " which should be enough for me to achieve a 7" length in the long run. So I won't be looking to stretch any further than that once I max out my current bars. And once i have 7" length I am going after that 5.5" girth. I didn't like that I was fat - I lost weight

Coronavirus, Goodbye devices!
(a chance to experiment with manual exercises) I am a student and due to my uni being closed I thought I'd be better off going back home with family instead of continuing to pay rent. This means I am not living alone anymore and cant use BM or SG or VLC ... This allowed me to focus on manual exercises such as jelqing and stretching. I can say I have gotten way better at them over the past two weeks. I started jelqing for 20 min but was doing it while too soft so more of a dynamic stretch tbh. Then I realised I need to be squeezing harder which fatigued the shit out of my forearms and felt better on my dick too. Then I realised being a bit harder works better. And finally, I had an epiphany moment when I discovered I could kegel quickly, then relax and while relaxing my kegel squeeze at the base with OK sign fingers and begin to move up the shaft and this is how I get massive pressure build up from all the blood and my head expands like crazy. After just 10 minutes of doing it properly I had fluid retention from jelqing and no BM whatsoever. Current measurement is 6.88" or 6 7/8" BPEL (I'm also getting leaner so I hope to have virtually no fat pad in the next 2-3 months) (I started at 5 4/8" BPEL therefore this is the point when I can confidently say I have gained over ONE WHOLE INCH) Also after correcting my curve and growing altogether I've gone from 5" NBPEL to 6 2/8" so an increase of 1 2/8" since the start. (less than 5.2 months ago.) My EMSG is at 5" which is less than I'd like it to be. Currently I am hoping to increase it through jelqing. But I started out with a girth of 4 6/8" so this is a nice improvement as well. Finally a member of 7" Crew
Today I measured at 7" BPEL. According to the statistics this puts me at the top 98.6% in length. I am 5.1 MSEG so top 81.6% girth. All I have to say is that as a relatively tall dude, looking down, it doesn't look as impressive lol. I also happen to be very flexible tho, so once I bend over so my face is near it then it starts to look intimidating so I guess that's what matters. Haha. I am fairly happy with my current size. I will keep doing manuals and maybe I will gain another .5 inch in length and .3 in girth in the next year or so but even if that didn't happen I am still bigger than 97.5% (by volume) of guys out there, combine that with how well my cut has been going and the fact I'm overall good looking - I'm happy!
