main goal is 7" NBPEL 6" erect girth
8" BPEL Corrected curve and twist(induced by daily aggressive masturbation utilising 'death grip')
Note: I didn't run any beginner routines which I do NOT recommend. I was eager to see results and on top of that I am confident that I will feel when I am overdoing it, I'm paying close attention to my body (or dick in this case lol).
Using SG+VLC combo I stretch my flaccid population rod to 1/2" longer than my BPEL (so 6 4/8" because my BPEL is 6") for at least 8 hours a day.
At night before I go to bed I use the BM with a full boner for 20 minutes fully pumped. I still get some major fluid retention (proper bubbles) but I expect that to subside soon. I use the BM at night because I cant wear the VLC with such massive lymphatic fluid bubbles on my foreskin and they are usually gone by the morning.

I gained 5/8" in BPEL (6"->6 6/ 8")
I fixed my penis curve and my twist

All those measured after 2 weeks of no PE at all. So they are solid results that aren't going anywhere.
My goal is 7" NBPEL .5 of that can come from me leaning down and reducing my fat pad. I still need to gain about 0.5-0.7" to reach my goal. Hopefully will be there in a couple of months.
I looked for people who have successfully corrected their curve/twist on the forum and the internet as a whole but I couldn't find any info about it besides "the SG was originally developed to help with peyronie's disease" etc.
I wanted to provide feedback for future guys dealing with such an issue.
Basically, I am 19 rn and when I was 15 I got addicted to porn and masturbation to the point where I'd jerk off 2 times a day minimum and as you may have guessed I got desensitised pretty quickly and ended up gripping harder and harder to the point where I was literally squeezing as hard as I could with my grip strength (using my right hand so my dick would be in ")" shape because of the nature of gripping on it tightly). Figuring out how to use the VLC tugger and penis extender
I am not using the SG but I will just refer to my extender as the SG as it is a replica.
When I got the SG I realised it wasn't gonna be comfy enough for me to wear for any reasonable amount of time nor was it staying in place. It would also cut out blood flow...
I did some digging and discovered the VLC tugger (works only for uncut guys).
I ordered it (custom made size, high quality customer service).
At first I wasn't sure how much pressure I am supposed to put on my dick ( I decided to skip on the newbie routines and go by feel which I do NOT recommend you do).
So currently I am having the SG+VLC stretch my dick at 1/2" longer than my BPEL while I am flaccid for 8+ hours a day and using the BM every evening for 20 minutes at full pump and I go in with a full boner.
A total of 94.5 hours of size genetics (averages out to 7.875 hours per day and I took 2 days off not due to overtraining but rather to family related endeavours).
Bath mating with a full erection for 20 minutes for 12 out of those 14 days (2 off).
Fluid retention has decreased.
VLC tugger has caused some skin damage to my glans but in my book that's fine. In the worse case scenario I will lose some sensitivity and that's always a good thing as I will end up improving my stamina. I have had to keep up an erection for a couple of 40-50 minute sessions just to get blood rushing in my dick because it was getting sore. (wish you could do that with muscles too..)
I used to suffer from severe turtling and I was considered a "grower"...my normal flaccid was 2.5" and after a workout or in the cold it would shrink to 1.5-2" (bone pressed) ....now my flaccid is always (sometimes 4.5") 4"+ bone pressed (even after gym workouts)

I am under no illusion that this progress is permanent, it occurred too quickly it is however indicative of long term gains being on their way! Currently, I have gained about 0.5 inches on my BPEL measurement..and I have gained weight (bulking right now) .. so it is actual gain but I dont think it is permanent yet.. maybe when i have gained a full 1" I will believe that 0.5" of that is permanent.
Another thing: usually when I get an erection I'd have this one massive vein popping but now i have like 10. (increased blood supply for i assume so that it can adapt quicker (grow)
I have also gained 2/8" on my MSEG
Factors contributing to my gains (in my opinion) in order of importance:
1. Doing the exercises (obviously)
2. Sleeping 9+ hours a night (going to bed early)
2.5. Whenever my dick got too sore to keep stretching it I just gave myself an erection and maintained it for 30-60 minutes while also doing some kegels to force blood in the head to increase blood flow and speed up recovery.
3. Eating in a slight caloric surplus (gaining weight about 0.25kg a week)
4. Taking collagen supplement
I've heard people say that you need to take a break from PE when you can no longer get an erection/your erections get weak and cant be maintained.
So, I have been going at it pretty hard for a while now and haven't reached that point yet if anything my erections are bigger and harder than ever. Note that I've never had ED (im 19) and my erections would be super hard if I am aroused but random erections during the day would be softer ... well now they are super hard as well like rhino horn hard and it hurts when I wear jeans lol. What a problem to have..
Decided to take 2 days (weekend) off because my dick started bleeding (mainly friction from the SG. I also haven't used the BM and I can still say my flaccid length has stayed 4"+. This is very promising (previously below 2"). I will have to take 2-3 weeks off over Christmas but I will start jelqing then.

Thanks bud, I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone run my plan either. I even put a disclaimer in the first post (will make it bigger). The main scar/scratch I got during the first week but I continued and it almost healed. That wasn't an issue, however, after wearing the SG+VLC tugger combo for 12 and a half hours a day for 7 days straight the skin on my head started bleeding so I took 3 days off and did some edging to increase blood flow.
I measured at the end of these three days and my EG was 5 2/8" (I started at 4 6/8") so that's half an inch of permanent girth gained so far in my book. (and I've been PE-ing for only 4 weeks so far). BPEL was also up by 3/8" (from 5 7/8" to 6 2/8")
I measured today at 6 3/8" BPEL which is a really pleasant surprise. I will be changing up my routine for a a couple of weeks. Mainly doing manual stretches and no bathmate. I will be unable to use devices until 15th of January as i wont home.
What I noticed from taking a 2 week break and introducing kegels and very limited amounts of penile stretches
I was forced to take a 2 week break from PE over christmas because I was in the same house with a lot of people.. all I did was like 20 minutes of penile stretching every 2-3 days and kegels whenever I would remember during the day.
Things I noticed over this period:
1. My dick healed from all the damage caused by my aggressive PE practice ( I had a tear in my skin running from almost the top of my foreskin down to near the base and that's gone with a little scar which I don't mind) My frenulum was also hurt from the VLC tugger and that has healed now.
2. Around 1 week in my erections started getting reallllllllly hard like diamond-in-a-snow-storm hard.
3. My head grew to match my shaft (haven't measured but it was disproportionate before)
4. I have retained my girth gains
5. I have gained in length. Before this break I was 6.375" long BPEL and now I am the same length NBPEL and over 6.5" BPEL
6. My flaccid penis has retained gains (it doubled in size since starting pe)
7. I haven't experienced much if any turtling
8. I presume this is due to the kegels and having super hard erections but I ejaculate cum at a distance of 2m easily.

Taking a break and working on kegels proved very helpful. Since starting PE ~2 month ago I have gone from
Girth 4 6/8" --> 5" - 5 1/8"
BPEL 5 7/8" --> 6 5/8"
NBPEL 5 1/8" --> 6 3/8" (sounds unbelievable but I attribute a lot of it to me just having reduced my curve and twist thus increasing the length of my new straight dick compared to my previous curved dick.)
I am using a cheap extender so the springs are all rusty and shit and they dont really work. So I can't go by the tension indicating lines. I feel too little stretch right now but if I add a bar I struggle to attach my dick to the extender. So i added the 2 extra bars and a keyring to the VLC tugger (virtually making the short bars half as long as they are and thus allowing me to increase tension). If you have trouble visualising see the picture attached. As you can see the ring is as long as half of the short bars so it effectively makes the bars half as long. Once This stretch feels comfortable I will remove the ring and attach straight to the hook. I don't suppose I will ever need more bars because this should be enough length to reach my goal.
Currently my BPEL is 6 6/8" and I stretch my flaccid (4") member at 7 2/8" length for 5-10 hours a day depending on how much free time I've got.
I am no longer using the BM because it would swell my foreskin and make using the VLC tugger a bit more challenging and painful than it needs to be.
