So I recently accepted the fact that I have an addiction with jerking off to porn. I joined a site and read some material to assist me with my journey to recovery. However, I am also interested in enlarging my member to feel more confident in myself and women to be more attracted to me physically.

Believe or not i havent watch porn, had sex or masturbated in probably over a bit over 2 years now. The reason was because 2 years ago I got "shredded" so really low bf% (Veins on abs, striations on glutes) while being natural. Well anyways, as far a PE, before i decided to go shredded I was heavy on PE (was doing it for like 3 years), bathmate and jelq, stretching and even clamping, but i stopped when getting shredded (my priority was only that), i lost the habit of doing it, and i didnt resumed until about 3 months, i havent looked my erect dicked for a good while until that point, ha. So i noticed i lost quite some size (i think i lost like 0.5 in lenght, havent measure girth) and decided to start again, but how the fuck am im suppose to keep being sexless pumping my dick and stuff. So for the past 3 months i just did lenght work, it doesnt requiere any need for you to arouse yourself, so so far im a lenght dude.
And its actually being really good for me, girth work always seemed to cause a bunch of fatigue unlike lenght work, so now im doing lenght work everyday, I use and extender and do stretches. So far ive been able to add 0.8 inches and surprass my old measurements, i attribute it to "dick memory" and also not doing girth work. Ive read on forums that some people report that just doing lenghts gives you more lenght easier becuase a fattier dick have more volume and is harder to add lenght or something like that, wich so fat its proven me that. Then after they reach a good lenght mark, they go hard on girth. (wich is my plan)
TLDR: Just do lenght work and see how it goes, is gains are fast, consider only doing lenght for a good while and then jump on girth work.

I've completed 3 days of not jerking off and not watching porn. Today, is the first day that I started my workout routine and eating healthy. I am going to do it for the first 5 weeks to build up the momentum. I may begin my PE after that. I keep hearing that if you do the same activity for 30 Days straight, it becomes a natural habit. So I want to build a positive habit on top of another positive habit.
