I started hanging weights about 18 years ago. I gained about an inch in 11 months going from 2lbs. for 15 minutes a day to 15lbs. 45 minutes a day.
I also started jelqing then but only did it for about 4 weeks, and didn't see any results doing 100 jelqs per day.
Then I got divorced, starting hanging weights again, started at 2lbs. for 15 minutes and working my way up to 8lbs. for 45 minutes in 8 weeks but only gained 1/8". I also started jelqing, starting at 100 per day to 200 per day and in 8 weeks only gained 1/8".
Now, I started again and again I started with 2lbs. but I moved up to 7lbs. in 5 days as opposed to the last time it took me 3 weeks to get that heavy. I started again with 100 jelqs but after only 8 days I gained 1/8" in length and 1/8" in girth!!
I continued for another 3 days and I gained another 1/8" in 3 days!! But no girth gain even though I am now up to 150 jelqs.
Is this normal?
I am up to day 15 now and have gained 3/8 inches in length but still no further girth gains since i gained the 1/8 inch even though Im doing 200 jelqs now.
I can't believe the length gains and don't know why I have had such quick gains. I'm thinking it may be because I am now doing 3 days on one day off. I noticed that my length gains have come a day or two after my off days. But why no more girth gains? I know that normally it takes 2 months of jelqing to achieve some girth gains but because of that initial 1/8th inch gain in girth and the gains in length I have gotten spoiled.
I did read that this one guy said he had better gains with 50 jelqs than with 200 jelqs. I was thinking of just doing 200 jelqs for another week and if I still had no gains I would drop back down to 100 jelqs. Any thoughts?
