Took yesterday, Thursday 04/19/2018 off. I plan to take Thursday's and Monday's off from now on. Thursday's so that I can have that one recovery day before the weekend. I might change Monday's to Sunday's but IDK yet.
Today I did 3, 5 minute BM sets working up to Max pressure by the end of set 1, with 30 Jelqs in between sets for a total of 60 Jelqs.
I finally incorporated some tugging. Yay!
I perform my tugging straight out like JayCali recommended.
Did 2 sets of 30 second tugs during the first BM set, 3 sets during the second, and four sets during the third, for a total of 9 sets of tugging totaling 4 1/2 minutes of tugging.
I was pleased to know that if the seal is good enough, you can tug pretty hard.
Did 3 sets trying to work up to Max pressure. Only did 1 minute on the last set because of retention. Had a hard time today, device wasn't cooperating, the seal kept loosening when I trued to tug and thus I didn't complete any tugging sets. Did 90 Jelqs in total.
I forgot to towel off before the second set of Jelqs and the water diminished some of the KY I'm using as lube. I have to remember to towel off after each BM set.
There's a frustrating learning curb to this shit.
I'm learning that I'm going to have to shave my pubic area more often. I might have to try Vaseline on the BM rim since I never tried that to improve the seal.

Completed 6 sets of 30 second BM tugs.
Used Vaseline around the base of the BM. It definitely helps form a tighter seal but makes it easier for the BM to suck in your testicles. The seal still vegan to loosen with subsequent sets if tugs.
Tugging seems to weaken the seal no matter what, requiring repumping and throwing s monkey wrench into my sets.
Also, I don't feel any pulling on my ligaments when I tug. It only seems to force more blood and lymph tissue to the base of the glans, increasing retention. I don't know if that's the way it's supposed to be. I will ask JayCali and see Gus response.
