On July 31st, I had my last cigarette. I've smoked 2 1/2 packs a day, at least, for the last few years. For 20 years, I was a 5 pack a day smoker. I went from 3 packs on Monday, July 24th, to 30 cigarettes, which is a pack and a half. On Wednesday, I cut it to 25, Thursday, 20, Friday, 15, Saturday, 13, Sunday, 13, Monday, 10. Tuesday, August 1st was the first full of no cigarettes, I'm vaping and have nicotine gum, so I still have nicotine in my system. I still haven't smoked a cigarette, most of the 35 or so people I work with smoke...but I haven't caved.
I also changed my diet. I'm eating a lot healthier than I have for a while and my body weight isn't really changing that much, but I've lost an inch almost all over my body. This may, or may not, be why I'm suddenly getting better erections than I have in years. 1) Grow my dick

Wednesday, November 1st: Did a "dry run" sort-of day. 8 minutes Bathmate in the bath, 1 hour Size Genetics right after.
Thursday, November 2nd: Didn't do the stretching/Jelqing I thought I would, so instead, I did BM for 8 minutes. Did 1 1/2 hours of SG, although it slipped off 3 or 4 times in the that 1 1/2 hours. Friday, November 3rd: 8 minutes BM, 1/2 hour of SG, but it fell off. Had to wait about 1 hour, then did 1 1/2 hours of SG. My last entry into this log was almost 2 years ago.
So, here's the lowdown. I'm 47 years old. I'm 230 lbs, 6'1", I have thin arms, legs and a relatively thin chest, even though there may be man boobs and I have a huge gut. I also have ED and COPD and moderate depression. I have gotten down to 170 lbs, 12 years ago, but lost my job at the time, lost my apartment, lost my independence. I have tried to eat better, but I work in a restaurant and find myself the most attracted to fried, greasy food and my 4 biggest weaknesses are fried chicken, ribs, bacon and donuts. I have recently become aware that I have no self control when it comes to food. I can't eat a miniature candy bar, I need 7 of them. From my previous entries you can see I quit smoking on August 1st 2017. On August 11th, 2019, I quit vaping too. I was on very little nicotine gum for the next week and since then I've been nicotine free for the first time since I was 15, except for a week in 2008. On September 10th, I rejoined the gym and I've gone to the gym every day since, even if I didn't "work out." I'm also in a the first serious relationship I've had since the 90s and while it's hard not to be a ho, I'm making it work. And my fiance is vegan, so if you notice a lack of meat, don't be surprised. So, this log will focus on PE, but it will also focus on improving my diet and my body. 1) Grow my dick

I know something that can help you.
You know how I know? Because it helped me even though my self control with food is similar to yours, though admittedly, not as bad. I give you permission to eat whatever your heart desires, and as much as you want too. Just eat it all in one meal. One. Meal. A. Day. That's it. You will lose weight and have more energy. Also that food will taste a lot better because you'll be hungry as fuck when you finally eat. I suggest picking a time you can stick to, evening is best, about 6 hours before bed so you avoid night cravings, and have at it. You'll body will lose fat because you'll be doing an advanced version of intermittent fasting. It also gets easy by the fourth day or so. I'd mention putting on muscle but you already know this so I won't disrespect your intelligence. So my friend, have at it! Let's see how many 10's donuts and greasy fries you can fit in one sitting! P.S. if you can quit smoking, you can do this shit so easily it's not even funny! Let's not forget Bill Mahr needed Jesus to quit smoking in his forties. He said so in Religulous.

Ah, Demon. The point I didn't make is that I don't want to eat like this. I hate it. And it's bad for me.
My fiance is 21 years younger than me and I WANT TO LIVE FOREVER. Cancer killed my paternal grandmother, two of my paternal uncles and my father, I will not let it kill me. Also, there's another reason. COPD has robbed me of words. I can't remember words. I was in the early stages of COPD 2 years ago and I would like to slow it down if not reverse it. So, since my last post, I worked out a little, didn't change my body any, but the week of Christmas, my fiancee (who is vegan) and I started eating a Whole Foods Plant Based Diet. How is that different than a vegan diet? It's more about not eating processed food and not eating crap. I've been sort-of successful at this, but then again my fiancee was here for 2 weeks to keep me on track.
I'm easing into everything at the moment. Be patient with me. No, I'm not going to try and dead lift 400 lbs so don't message me saying "Bruh, you gotta lift 7 times your body weight to be successful." So, here's what's up. 47 6'1" 237 (the heaviest I've ever been, previous record was 235) I have COPD, I believe I'm developing carpal tunnel syndrome,the area from my wrist about halfway up my arm on the right arm hurts like a mofo. I think I have arterial sclerosis, I can feel my left carotid artery is hard. I don't have medical insurance, so I can't have a bunch of tests run. Monday January 6th, 2020
Had savory oatmeal (oats, kale, mushroom, turmeric, sriracha and nutritional yeast) for breakfast. Had a plant based mash up of veggies and chickpeas on rice for lunch, Taco salad for dinner. All these meals had almost no salt added. Did have some cheat meat at work (3 chicken wings and a couple of fries). Went to the gym, no workout, I was shaving, did a Bathmate session and then went home (that's when I ate the taco salad). Had a big ass bowl of cereal, Kashi, peanut butter crunch and a small amount of maple nut crunch, sweetened with agave syrup. Had a stir fry for dinner, after gym. Brown rice, onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, broccoli, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, corn, peas, tofu (marinated with sesame oil, soy sauce and sriracha) Gym: did a workout for the first time in a long time.
