So, my previous PE log says I'm not allowed to access it, therefore, I'm starting a new one.
I started PE in November 2012. I was 4 1/2" non-bone pressed at the time. I started PE because I wanted to suck my own dick to be honest. Instead of losing weight or becoming more flexible, I chose the harder path. My earliest measurement, since I lost the others is from May 19th, 2014, in inches: Flaccid Length: 3 8/16ths Bone-pressed flaccid length: 4 12/16ths Flaccid stretched length: 5 8/16ths Bone-pressed flaccid stretched length: 5 8/16ths Flaccid Girth: 4 8/16ths Flaccid width: 1 10/16ths Erect Length: 4 12/16ths Bone-pressed erect length: 5 12/16ths Erect Girth: 4 12/16ths Erect width: 2 0/16ths My most recent measurement was June 12th, 2017: Flaccid Length: 4 10/16ths Bone-pressed flaccid length: 5 12/16ths Flaccid stretched length: 5 14/16ths Bone-pressed stretched length: 6 12/16ths Flaccid girth: 4 8/16ths Flaccid width: 1 11/16ths Erect length: 5 0/16ths Bone-pressed erect length: 5 14/16ths Erect Girth: 5 0/16ths Erect Width: 1 15/16ths So, these numbers are kind of startling, but here they are, from May 19th, 2014 to June 12th, 2017: Flaccid Length: 1 2/16ths, a startling gain Bone-pressed flaccid length: 1 0/16ths, another big gain Flaccid stretched length: 6/16ths, a good gain Bone-pressed fllaccid stretched length; 4/16ths, acceptable Flaccid girth: No change whatsoever Flaccid width: 1/16ths, barely noticeable Erect length: 4/16ths in 3 years, not great, but 1/2 an inch longer than when I started. Bone-pressed erect length: 2/16ths, barely noticeabl Erect girth: 4/16ths, acceptable Erect width: 1/16ths loss, fluctuates too much for my taste, so I don't know how accurate this is. This is the diary of someone who hasn't been consistent, but intends to be. My instagram has pics, not updated lately, but will be. Monday, June 12th, 2017: Did 30 minute SizeGenetics, then a 5 minute warmup with rice sock, after that I did five minutes of A stretches and what I call blue whale, even though that's not what they are. A stretch is the wristwatch, you take your dick and drape it over your wrist, using an ok grip behind the head, 30 seconds for each hand and then what I call the blue whale. I take my hand and push it against the top of my dick as far in as i can and then pull it over the back of the hand with the my free hand, reverse on the underside, 30 seconds each. I then did another A stretch, both hands for 30 seconds and then another blue whale, with a rotary crank break in between, lasting 30 seconds.
Another rotary crank lasting 30 seconds and i moved on to stretching. I did the 5 directions, out, right, up, left and down, each lasting 30 seconds and then did a rotary crank for 30 seconds, then did the 5 directions again. Jelqing time. I did the c grip, which I had railed against, but it's the most effective for 33 reps, then did V jelqs. I do them straight up, up and to the right, up and to the left and it counts as one. 10 reps. 33 more jelqs, 10 reps of V jelqs, 33 more jelqs and 10 more V jelqs. Bathmate for 8 minutes, in front of the computer, doing BM stretches and dynamic pumping in between 5 directional stretching. Dynamic pumping is letting the pressure out of the bathmate and then reapplying the pressure. 30 seconds to let the pressure out, 30 seconds to re-pump. My dick was at let's say 4 1/2 inches when I started, it was at 6 1/2 when i stopped. I am restarting this program, so I'm going 8 minutes for the 1st week. I have experience, 5 years worth, so I'm going to try to do this 5 days a week, having Saturday and Sunday off. I did this in the afternoon, then wore the SG for another hour, took a bath, put it back on and had 7 more hours in the SG, total of 8 1/2 hours. Did not use the Phallosan Forte, like I said I was going to. Laziness, pure and simple. 1) Grow my dick

Day off from work, screwy day. Mowed the lawn, watched the greatest cam show on Chaturbate I've ever seen for 2 hours, weedeated and then took a bath. Used the BM in the bath, did dynamic pumping to get to 6 1/2" again. Put on the SG for 5 hours. Then, had one of the best PE sessions of my life. I did something odd, though, in between. I use a elastic hair tie as a cock ring (to surround dick and balls) and then I used another one, doubled up, on my dick. It keep it plump and out there, but was frankly not as good as I thought it would be. Greatest PE session in years. First, warm-up with rice sock for 5 minutes. Rotary crank, A stretch, each wrist for 30 seconds. Modified blue whale for 30 seconds, top of the dick and the underside. Then, another exercise, don't know the name of it, don't know where I read about it, but you use the middle knuckles of your hand on the side of your dick, pushing away, while pulling the dick into your palm. Rotary crank again and then rice sock before another set of A stretches and modified Blue Whale. Then I did the Testicular Health Exercise, which is to rub your balls, your sac and your spermatic cords for 30 seconds each, then pull your balls down, while pulling your dick up. Count of 60, should be 5 minutes. This is supposed to relieve turkey neck, which I suffer from, but I'm not entirely sure. Stretched for 5 minute, 5 directions, 30 seconds each, rotary crank and repeat the 5 directions. Rotary crank again. Jelqing time! 100 jelqs, 30 V jelqs. tried what Cool Guy suggested. I don't know if I did it right or not, but dick was plump afterward, but maybe for another reason. CoolGuy wrote; Here is how you do it. Masturbate a bit to get a very slight erection, mostly just well elongated, tug for 3 seconds to really get the whole length out. Now you're penis is long and plump, but not erect yet, that is the state you want it in. When you do the THE (testicular health exercise) you're supposed to use lube or lotion, I never, ever have before.Today, I jerked off, one hand, like usual, then i decided I needed to do kegels, so I did them between jerking, I find a hard kegel is a better kegel. I got my dick in my left hand, backwards and i grabbed my balls, getting them wet with lube. I pulled my balls down, while pulling my cock up and I would rub my taut balls when i pulled up. Got to the edge a couple of times doing that, then I decided to use my right had, normal grip and I just ran my left thumb over my balls. Good cumshot. I'm an old GLL, so it only shot a little and then dribbled out, but it was a good cumshot for me, kept jerking after that and then washed up and put the SG back on for one hour. Pinky and ring together, middle and index together. In the V that is formed between your outstretched fingers, go from the underside and pull up, curling your fingers up. Use your dominant hand to pull up, then to the right or left and use your other hand to pull to the right or left. I switch them up and count like you do for your jelq, one is up, two is to the right or left and three is to the right or left, but instead of counting three, I count from one to 10. It's actually easier than regular jelqing and will make your harder than regular jelqing.

Wednesday, June 14, 2017: The greatest PE workout in a while, followed by a meh workout in the afternoon.
30 minutes in SG. 7 1/2 minute warm-up with rice sock. 1 minute total A stretch, 1 minute total knuckle stretch, 1 minute modified blue whale stretch. 30 second rotary crank and then a repeat of the A stretch for 1 minute and another rotary crank. Stretching time! Stretched down for 30 seconds, hooked my right hand under my leg and stretched for 30 seconds and then repeated to the left. 30 seconds rotary crank and stretched straight up, with the thumb of my opposite hand at the base of my dick, then did the same to the right and left. Jelqing time: 33 jelqs, trying to do the way CoolGuy suggested, 10 V jelqs, 33 jelqs, 10 V jelqs , 34 jelqs and 10 more V jelqs. A little jerking off and it was time for the Bathmate. I was going to go into the BM with a partial erection, but got it on and got interrupted. Had to wait almost 10 minutes and I was soft as a boiled noodle. Went ahead and put it on, lost some water in the process and when I did get it on, it wasn't very secure. Tried to do BM stretches, but was getting air bubbles and could hear it letting air in. Did dynamic pumping and it went from 4 1/2" to 5 1/2" before the 8 minutes were up, with a couple of dynamic pumps in between. Edging: Jerked off and wasn't really feeling it. Finally got near the edge, backed off and went a different route. Smacked my cock around a little, did 40 kegels in total, 10x4, did the new modified THE, but my balls were hurting. Edged again, went over the edge, had a half-ass cumshot and tried to edge some more, but finally gave up. Probably going to edge again tonight with toys. Pretty much came hands free last night. Got to the edge, backed off, restarted with the toys and wham, cumming. Put the SG back on Observation: I'd been sitting for an hour and when I stood up to put my SG on, my dick was at it's max flaccid length, 4 1/2". I thought it was odd, but as I was warming up and then stretching, I noticed how much longer it seemed. hey hows it goin str8. It's been a minute since I've last got on here I've kind of stopped doing PE for a bit for no reason really but as of today looking at myself in the mirror kind of wanted me to get back into it.
It's just kind of disappointing to think that after 3-4-5 yrs worth of doing jelqing, bathmate, and stretching to most recently using the andropenis (which I haven't been using steadily if much at all.) that my gains have if any doesn't 1. either satisfy me 2. isn't noticeablebly different just looking at myself in the mirror seeing how small it is granted I feel like 6in to 6.4in length and 4.6 to 4.9in girth is small in my eyes gets me this inner motivation to start again. I recently did a jelq and pump session a couple weeks ago just to see and I feel like the bathmate still isn't giving me that same pump from when I first started even after taking long break periods. it allows me to break that 5in girth sparingly but barely. anyway sorry for my vent on your log. I just saw that you recently posted this as I just got back on this site today. Okay, I thought I gave a pretty good explanation of what the A stretch, modified blue whale and knuckle stretches were, but I'll break them down, as well as the THE, which I didn't go through. Screw the technical jargon, we're all guys here and we're not going for a Ph.D in PE.
A stretch: www.goodlookingloser.com/get-hung/ultimate-guide-to-stretching If you watch the video entitled Inverted V stretch, that is an A stretch. It's what Puppetry of the Penis calls "The wristwatch." 1) Grasp your dick with your left hand, behind the head with an OK grip and pull taut 2) Run your right hand under your dick, getting your dick over your right wrist, apply a gentle upward pressure at the base of the dick. 3) Pull your dick down over the wrist with your left hand 4) Grasp left wrist with right hand for 30 seconds and then switch hands PS: Takes time to master, but once you do, you'll feel the stretch PPS: Pulling to the side intensifies the stertch Modified Blue Whale stretch (I probably need to change the name to the Over The Wall stretch. A blue whale stretch is also a Between the Cheeks stretch. This is a Between The Cheeks Stretch (which would be in my stretching routine, not my warm up stretches, which is where I do the Over The Wall stretch) 1) Stand up and place your left foot on the chair 2) Take your left hand and grasp your dick behind the head in an OK grip, sliding your dick to the side of your balls 3) Pull back and up your butt crack for 30 seconds 4) Pull back and over your left butt cheek for 30 seconds 5) Put your left foot down on the floor and your right foot on the chair and grasp your dick behind the head with your right hand, pull back and up your right butt cheek PS: It helps to bend at the waist The (new and improved) Over The Wall stretch: 1) Grasp your dick behind the head in an OK grip with your left hand and pull it taut 2) Place your right hand, palm facing down against the base of your dick, thumb next to your balls. Push in to the base of your dick as hard as you can 3) With your left hand, pull your dick backward and over the wall created by the right hand for 30 seconds 4) When switching hands, the left should be below your dick, palm facing up and you will pull your dick forward and over the wall. The Knuckle Stretch: Can't for the life of me figure out where I found this. 1) With your left hand, grasp your dick behind the head with an OK grip and pull taut. 2) With your right hand, push the middle knuckles of your ring, middle, index and pinky fingers into the right side of your dick, keeping your palm open 3) With your left hand pull your dick into you right palm and hold for 30 seconds, pushing with your knuckles to the left 4) Reverse hands PS: This can either be done with the palm facing up or down, it didn't seem to matter The V Stretch: Now that I've figured out the difference between an A stretch and a V stretch, I'm going to incorporate V stretches into my warm up stretches. 1) Grasp your dick with your left hand in an OK grip and pull taut 2) Push the thumb of your right hand into the middle of your dick and push down 3) As you push down with your right thumb, pull the head up with your left hand for 30 seconds PS: Seems like this would be effective The reason I do these stretches is to target the ligaments (length) and the tunica (girth). The A stretch, if you pull down and to the side, will target the ligaments as well as the tunica. The Blue Whale stretch (Between the Cheeks) targets both again. The Over the Wall stretch will target the tunica. The Knuckle stretch will target the ligaments and the V stretch will target the tunica. THE (Testicular Health Exercise). This one is actually to fight against the dreaded turkey neck, but I'm not really sure it helps. 1) Lube up your balls 2) Feel the cords (30 seconds) 3) Feel the sac (30 seconds) 4) Roll the balls in your fingers (30 seconds) 5) Pull the balls taut with your left hand and rub them with the palm of your right hand (30 seconds) 6) (Optional) Tap the sides of your balls lightly with your fingertips (30 seconds) 7) Keeping your balls pulled taut, with your right hand, pull the penis up and to the left, while pulling the balls down and to the right. This takes some time to get used to, you don't want to rack yourself. (Doing this dry is easier, but not doesn't feel as good). Count of 60 PS: I found that doing this after a jelqing session was more effective than doing pre-stretch and with lube on the balls and the dick, it proved to be a good way to jerk off. PPS: If you continue to slowly stroke up even after you're done with THE, and then rub a thumb across the top your balls as you do kegels proved to be very stimulating indeed for an edging session. I could only do it this way for a ten count at a time. So, this will probably be my Week 2 routine: 1) Warm up (5 minutes) 2) 30 seconds of rotary cranks 3) A stretch, 30 seconds each side 4) Over the Wall stretch, 30 seconds each side 5) 30 seconds of warm up with rice sock 6) 30 seconds rotary cranks 7) V stretch 8-Knuckle stretch 9) Another 30 seconds of rotary cranks before moving on to the rest of the routine If anyone has any questions, please feel free to ask, including you CoolBoy. Limitless, it has been a minute, hasn't it. Vent away my friend. Reading your entry and talking to another guy in private, the 3 of us share something in common. 5 years of PE and what we feel are negligible results. We also share another thing, we haven't been consistent. Two things I want you to bear in mind
1) Consistency is the hallmark of success. 2) For every man who succeeds, many more fail. One thing I think you should take from this is 5 years on, you're still trying, just like me. Yes, we weren't consistent, yes, we may have wasted time at the speed of sound, but we're still trying. And that is important. Make a commitment to yourself that you will do your manual exercises, if you want to copy me, feel free. Wear your Andropenis gold up to 2 hours for the first week, 4 hours for the 2nd, 6 hours for the 3rd until you get to 8 hours and beyond in the 4th.
