I started doing manual, alternating with the extender: manual one day, extender the next day.
But I'm wondering, as far as your centimeter of girth gains goes, do you think that's from the Bathmate, or from the pulling tension? Some PE'rs say that girth gains actually come from length gains because length training is what breaks the ligament tissue down, and it thickens a little as it heals. The Bathmate is only pumping your dick up with blood and lymph tissue. If we compared it to weight training, it's like if you're natty and lifting light weights for a high rep pump, versus training heavy which breaks down the muscle tissue and gives you the strength and mass gains. Bathmate doesn't break the ligaments down. Of course for me this is all theoretical since i haven't seen gains from either. Also, how do you maintain an erection for Bathmate, do you watch porn? Because I watch porn but i found that it's having a negative impact on my self esteem and was wondering if there was an alternative that i didn't know about. |

I know this is old but someone elss may come along and find this useful. If you have the Bathmate I recommend wrapping everything but your head and pump that way. Using this method I've been able to target any area of my shaft. Anything left unwrapped will expand.
