That looks like molluscum contagiusm. I had the same thing myself and it looked just like that.

It's not really an std it's more of a skin infection but taking those bumps off will be very painful. They have to burn them off of you. Same shit was done to me. This is why I don't have sex with random girls anymore.

It does look like Molluscum, I agree.

I've had it and it reached all the way up my stomach down to pube area.

They do get burnt off with some dry ice shit but I did not find that it hurt.
