I can't use the BM and the SG on a day that I've masturbated. My dick feels to tired and the BM is significantly more painful and I've noticed that its not as agreeable to being stretched. You say you stretched all the time whenever you can, is this after a warmup each time? Because i would stretch all the time but i always believed you had to warm up before any form of PE. Warming up is the most annoying part of PE for me as im living with my parents and have to hide it.
Also hows my routine because i havent seen any gains at all yet, it has only been 3 months though
Warm up 5-10 minutes, stretch each way for 30 seconds and do 4-5 sets of that, jelq for 10-15 minutes, then bathmate for 3 sets of 5 minutes (almost at max pressure for now)
I do this for 4 days in a row then have 1 rest day.

I had a question. I musta over done it with jerking or jelqing a few weeks ago and got some chafe in one spot that rubbed too much. It kinda hurts but no big deal. The issue is I haven't stopped jelquing long enough for it to properly heal, so I just keep re-irritating it.
