hey man congrats on the gains.
I have been using the SG for a month now and everything is allgood, however i find myself taking the device off every two hours because it is getting irritating and also it hurts so bad when I try taking the device off. I put the tension quite high and i strap the velcro really tightly. you think thats the problem? also, how long did it take you to feel comfortable wearing the device outside. I struggle to walk to the kitchen without walking and feeling extremely awkward. Any tips on that? Thanks! |

Im glad you asked the second part because I forget to mention some of the little stuff and that reminds me of things i did that you guys can do too. First off: every two hours is normal, I still do that. You don't want your head going purple and getting cold. About once an hour i check on it and see if it needs a breather. But every two hours or so i take a 5 min break. Especially since I pee a lot so its convenient at that time. I always kegel a little when its off to pump blood around. I actually make shifted my SG to hold my head better, I am shocked to this day how you guys can wear it at such high tension without the cloth thing i strapped to the top of mine but whatever. Second: I wore the thing everywhere. I was lucky to work in a pharmacy when i first started so all i did as stand behind a counter at a computer with very light activity. So I wore the bitch all the time to work. I was also in school so I wore it in class all the time, then of course just out in the world. I have memories of wearing it on a date, and a couple times during a public speaking class i was taking and had to give a short presentation and I was nervous about it falling off. When it came down to it, it was just like literally the most important thing in the world to me so I prioritized it. Things i did to make it feel less awkward. This is the best tip and the reason i wanted to answer the question I would wear those sweat pants that get tight around the ankle. they weren't popular back then like they are now so i only had one pair but i wore those bitches everywhere. So if and when the shit ever fell off in public, the cuff at the bottom caught it and no one knew and i could et to a bathroom and take care of it. It was like insurance so i didn't have to worry. They were baggy pants with that elastic cuff on the ankle. huge for me. another thing i did was wear basketball shorts under sweat pants instead of underwear. Freedom for the device to move but enough cloth for no one to notice the device. And if someone got a good angle or really stares you just look hung. But i felt confident no one noticed. Honestly too though I was so hell bent on getting bigger that I would've found any way to do it, and i would've done it no matter what. I have a couple embarrassing stories but they are all worth it. Also i have a ton of memories of wearing it out of the house with my outfit, driving to where i was going and deciding in the parking lot when i got there that i didn't have the balls that day, and remember taking it off and leaving it in my car. But I wore it on car rides a lot.
If i was wearing it all morning, and had to drive 15 to work. Then i figured 5 extra minutes in my house before i left 15 in the car and 5 for in and out. thats an extra 25 min. so I literally took the mindset that every second was valuable. |

Dude thats, some great gains. But i have a hard time believing you got a 1.5 inch gain in girth.
From 4 to 5.5? thats a whole lot. Is that post bathmate? Im still struggling to get some more girth, I only managed to gain like 0.7 of an inch over years. ¿Did you do anything besides jelquing and bathmate? like more advanced stuff? (clamping, ulis, etc) |

I honestly have not measured in some time, these stats were from the last time i measured and since then I have been doing mainly maintenance so it would actually be a good test to go ahead and re measure. Based on look and feel I am not worried about that number being off since the last measure. I have a BM session tomorrow, Ill do a before and after measure for fun and post it. Yeah, as for things i did for girth aside from jelqing and bathmate: Though i did and tried basically everything you could think of two big things i would start doing if I were you that helped me grow and I think are big behind the scene missing pieces are taking cialis at least twice a week. and doing BM sessions while on cialis. The pump you get is even more unreal during a session and the hang for the next 36 hours is a cialis induced extra hang so your dick stays bigger and that effect compounds. I had sexual anxiety the first year i started this stuff so I was basically taking cialis everyday for a year or so and that was an extremely big part of my girth gains. Blood flow. And the second thing that i don't think people value as highly as they should because it isn't sexy and you don't see immediate results is kegels forward and reverse kegels. You can't build a house without a foundation. You have to build the muscle to allow your dick to grow and have the strength to support it. Also it is a blood flow exercise. I think its huge. One last side thing i just thought of, i don't think any one thing helped propel my gains, I was just willing to do all of the nick nack stuff and let everything add up. Nothing was a waste of time to me and I was willing to let time accrue with everything and it payed off. I would even just give myself a boner by thinking if I was somewhere i could, and just let it be and throb until I had to do something else. Theres something to that as well.

@BDB I am a little bummed to report this but here we go
Pre BM session Length: 6.4 Girth:5.1 Post BM session Length 6.5 Girth 5.4 This is nice to know because I have not done a real measure in quite a long time. Even though I am still very happy I think I've found some new motivation to push hard for a while again and grow more instead of the low end maintenance I have been doing.

Hey so i have a question about the part where you highlight bloodflow on rest days. Whether or not youre using cialis, what do you mean by bloodflow? Like try to give yourself a boner whenever you can? or try maintaining a semi the entire day?

Hey @hellomello yeah so what I'm referring to is giving yourself a boner a couple times and just letting it throb for a few minutes. Though Cialis basically does make you maintain a semi the whole day lol which is nice.
The way i think about it is since these devices generate growth by expanding the size of our dicks in the stretching periods and then they recover and are able to expand bigger than they would have before the "workout" I like to get my dick to use the "gains" by getting boners on my rest days. Instead of it just being soft all day. Its not a workout, just using the blood flow. and I think it helps immensely. . |

Hey @Story great thread and knowledge. I have a question. I gained exactly 1 inch in length in 8 months using an off brand extender from Amazon. I wore it for 2 hours a day. It originally came with 1800 gram springs which I upgraded to 2100 grams. I've since hit a length plateau and am just shy of my goal length of 8" bone pressed length. I purchased a penomet and tried doing some of the length stretches seen here (

). I could never perform them properly due to loss of suction in the chamber. I'm thinking of purchasing a phalosan forte which can be worn for hours and hopefully trigger new length gains. Do you think increasing time under tension with a length device such as the phalosan can trigger new gains? 2 hours a day with the extender was all I needed to make gains when I started, but do you think I need more time under tension per day or simply restructuring my current routine?

honestly if I were you id save my money on the phalosan and up my hours in the extender. I wore mine for an accumulation of 8-10 hours a day.

Thanks for the advice. I'll try to wear the extender for more hours instead. Do you recommend lower rod tension over more hours or higher tension with breaks in between as the head can get cold after an hour at high tension.
