Hey whatsup everyone, So I've been doing these things for the past five years and wanted to create a post where people could ask questions about anything related to this stuff that their dealing with if you want to. I don't know how many people are running around on this forum with actual years of experience and results so Ill help however I can. I don't get on here much but id like to help.
I started at 5.25 length and 4 girth.. which is why i started, thats not like small but like the saying goes fuck average.
I am 6.75 length now and 5.5 girth. Im very happy and now I'm going through monthly periods of maintenance with short spurts of monthly pursuit of that last .5 that is attainable.

Not really a question but more like advice.
I've been doing PE for about 6 months now but no clear gains.
My routine is 12 min Bathmate followed by 12-15 min Jelqing. Two days on one day off.
I am 5.5 NBPEL and about 4.8 girth. I would like to achieve your current stats. Girth is more important.
Can you give some advice on what modifications I could make to my routine now? I always felt that what I am doing should be enough to see some gains but not I feel I am wrong. I use the Bathmate X20 and pump to full pressure.
Yeah man, If I had time I would jelq first before a bathmats session. Because once your dick is used to the thing you wanna start going into it hard. So my first question is are you going in to it already hard? Another thing i noticed is I would do about 15 min and I worked up to 20 min. But the feel and the results are a lot better if you stay "turned on" while in it. Id watch porn while in it and that significantly helps with the growth and also your dicks agreeability to be in the bathmate and under pressure for longer periods.
Two other huge keys to the growth were the stretches, because every little bit adds up. at least do the over the wrist stretches for 30 seconds each a few times if you don't have a SG. And Kegels. Your dick can't grow as much if the muscle supporting it is weak. Do your kegels that will help.
Thanks man for the advice. Yeah I always go into it hard and pump to max on the X20. I don't watch porn though so I dont really stay turned on during the session. I am thinking of buying an X30 and Sizegenetics and incorporating that into my regimen.
@ slickbackhair- No i couldn't wear it at first. For like a week I was upset and thought about returning it because i couldn't get it to stay on.
Few things helped. First thing, Your gonna obviously make it as small as possible on the lowest tension. And I could only wear it for like 15 min at a time. Frequent short sessions are a pain but needed at first. Another thing was using it after a morning bathmate session. Bathmate made me thicker so it would stay on. And lastly which I think is most important because I still do this to this day is a little addition i added to the SG. I don't understand how anyone stays in the thing as it is even to this day. Ill see if I can post a picture of it.. but basically i took a small piece of cotton from a shirt that i cut. Placed it on that white part that your head rests on then wrapped a couple rubber bands around it. This way when you strap into it, its much tighter on your head. Obviously you'll need to play with how tight you tighten the strap after this because you don't want ti to be too tight but i still have a piece of cloth on my SG there to this day. That was huge.
As far as bathmate goes. Do short sessions. Get into the shower first, run warm water on your balls so they sit lower this will prevent the suck up into the thing. Pull your balls down with one hand and put your dick into it. Make sure your shaven or trimmed real low or else that will fuck up the suction. go real slow and press out some water every 2 min or so. Do this for like 5-8 min 3 times a week for your first 2 weeks then slowly progress to longer times and after your first month start to go in hard and shoot for 15min. And stay aroused while in it. I like to watch porn. When I'm trying to grow and not being lazy, I do it now 3-4 times a week for 20 min.
@twentiethsocrates - Length gains come from everything added up slowly over time. But the main things I used are the SG, jelqing, stretching, and kegels. And the bathmate stretches help. Honestly I wouldn't have grown as much if I didn't buy the SG. It makes it so you can grow while doing other things. I used to wear it to school, to work, everywhere for a solid 2-3 years.
Homeskills - This is what I would do... I would like to jelq before a bathmate session if I had time, for a great warm up. And then after the bathmate anywhere from 2 hours after on I would do manual stretches on the same day as I did everything else.
Two side points though you wanna make sure your taking days off of everything for recovery. Everyone needs different amount of recovery time some need 2 days a week, I needed 3. Other point is on rest days you wanna get hard. Blood flow to your dick is gonna help recovery and growth and its going to keep it in a bigger state which is going to help long term. I was taking cialis back then so even on my rest days I had a bigger hang and great blood flow and periodically when i could I would get a boner and just let it happen.
I have a question if you don't mind. So I've been doing a routine of jelqing, bath mate, and stretching and on random days I'll add some girth bends and oil squeezes. I've been doing PE for almost 2 years now.
I just took like a 5 day break in hopes of coming back strong well I just did my 3rd PE session since coming back on and well all 3 days have been pretty slump.
day 1 I did 20 second stretches then 10/10 bath mate
day 2 I did 30 second stretches 5 min jelq and 15 min bath mate
day 3 (today) I did 30 second stretches 6 min jelq and 15 min bath mate
well my dick has no pump even after the bath mate its pumped for like 30 seconds after wards and just wants to return to normal or even smaller. Then there's the issue of my dick shrinking top part of my shaft while everything else such as bottom shaft and head are normal its weird.
