Please if anyone can help me, Ive started jelqing and stretching for about 3 weeks now. Ive always been pretty thick. I can already see a little difference in length though, newbie gains for sure. Well to not be a douche and just give the definition - basically take a bar, stick, something you can use as a lever between 1/2'' and 1'' in diameter and wrap your dong around it. This can create new stress points to further stimulate growth if you're looking for something more extreme.
