Hey guys this is my first approach to PE, my dick ain't that small but my big lower body makes it look small in proportion..
My quads are about 26'' in girth so even an 8 incher would look normal on me, big bones here we go(about 13'' ankles).. Okay so I measered yesterday trying to be as precise as possible: Non Bone-Pressed Erect Length: 5.5 in / 14cm Bone-Pressed Erect Length: 6.3 in / 16 cm Flaccid Length: 4.3 in / 11 cm Flaccid Girth: 4.7 in / 12 cm Erect Girth: 5.5 in / 14.0cm To be completely honest last week I did one day of a beginner routine I found online(JP90 I think) and my flaccid dick became literally AMAZING and I waited one week for it to get back to "normal" size and make measurements. I honestly think it's worth it just walking around with such an awesome kind of pumped dick so that's a plus to keep myself accountable. As far as the routine goes I tweaked the one I quoted a little to suit my needs: Warm up 5 mins Stretching 5 mins + 1 min every session until I get to 15 mins Jelquing mixed with V-Jelquing 150 jelqs and 90 V-Jelqs in total upping by 15 jelqs and 10 v-jelqs every session Warm down 5 mins(not completely sure on this..) It feels stupid to set goals since I have no experience but I'd like to get to 20 cm BPEL and 16 cm EG, flaccid isn't that much of a concern as it is but you know more never hurts ![]() That's all, hoping to get back from you with feedback on my approach, my main concern is that after about three months I'll be stuck in the fuckin shower for 1 hour due to PE.

Add 1 minute per week stretching. Add 50 jelqs per week, which is around 2 1/2 minutes. Don't go over 30 minutes with each and if you can afford, it would be good to get a device, Bathmate, Phallosan Forte or Size Genetics.

09/09/2016 -FIRST WORKOUT
Oh yeah man I wrote it wrong, I up it weekly indeed. Thanks for noticing. As for the advice, I've checked and a sexy shop near my campus carries it(bathmate), it's already weird enough to "jerk" my dick for nearly an hour hoping my roomate won't come in, having to hide a dick looking device would make things even harder :/ Today did the basic stretching routine of GLL/Chris posted on this site. 5 mins warm up after shaving under hot water so probs a few mins more 10 mins Streching, this shit makes my skin dark haha 150 Jelqs, 90 V-Jelqs damn this were fucking hard, my fingers started hurting during the second set of 50/30.. Forgot the fucking warm down I can officially say my dick was straight awesome after this session and I even took a pic but I don't feel like posting it. Measured quickly and flaccid size was about 13 cm/5.2'' lenght and 12,5/4.9'' girth, after like 5 hours tho it's back to normal size and it feels kind of weird, if I can keep it at that dimension flaccid permanently I'll be more than happy. Also I think I did the last part of the jelquing wrong, I kegel during all my workout.. I think I lost my erection during the end but my dick was decent/big so I didn't "notice" it till the very end, do you think it's better to stop and get it hard again?

After you do a girth exercise, you need to put on a cock ring, or an elastic hair tie, which is what I do. Congrats on your dick being "awesome".

Warm up 5 min (well done surprisingly) Stretching - 200 side to side streches split in two sets Jelqs 50 V-jelqs 30 No warm down cuz I forgot... Stopped so soon because my dick is full of little bruises red dots how you call them and there's one dot that has like 2 mm in diameter and it scared the shit outta me. I need to take it easy so I'll be following the standard jp90 only stretches replaced because they are easier to count/do and easier to progress on.

First things first, make sure you are warmed up. Second, stop using the OK grip and start using the C-grip. It's really an upside down U grip, so that you are gripping the sides of your dick, not the top or the bottom.

Ok today session was AMAZING, I did a lot of stretching and a good warm up:
7/8 min. Warm up 400!! Side to side streches Damn those killed me, losing my grip every30/40 or so and resting every 100. Some egding to get the blood flowing but I exagerated and the second time I went too "high" with the stimulation and kegeling I had like a 5-6 seconds orgasm and shoot such a load it would've killed a bird. I tryed for 3-4 minutes to get it hard again but nothing so a little jelquing at like 20% erection :/ For the first time I feel sore due to stretching but it's a nice kinda feeling, not hurting.

Haha yeah man I went pretty heavy on those, I'm gonna keep them for the future when I'm more advanced.
My routine will keep evolving as I get new knowledge down the road. Yesterday did: Warm up 5 mins Stretches in 6 directions against LOT for 3 sets(18 sets in total) Rotation stretch to the left/right 10/10 reps Rotation stretch(big circle) 20 reps Jelqs 50.. really slacking on those Edging like 10 minutes then I came, it seemed forever lol, never doing this again cuz I haven't got enough control right now. forgot to cool down like usual.. Ok so yesterday I read a little of articles on PEGYM and found that there are two theories, LOT and Tunica, and it explained how to create a beginner routine based on those. My routine from now on should look like this: 40% Lenght excercises- 60 % Girth Exercises Focusing on the stretches where I have the tug and jelquing there too(luckyli it's straight out) Ok so with a little thinking: Stretching 9/12 minutes: -6 directions x 30 sec x 3 sets -->9 mins -Optional: Rotation stretches 3 directions -->3 mins Girth Exercises 13/18 minutes: -Jelquing at around 65-80% Erection -->13 mins -Optional: Squash fully erect -->5 mins Trying not to forget warm up and cool down! I'm calling this my final beginner routine at least until 1st of January. 2-3 on/1 off scheme
