You might be going too hard while under a lot of time. Try less presssure and/or time until edema is minimized. This applies to red spots and bruising, if you have those take a break until they're gone and then try a lower pressure/time next time you to them.
Btw, you should try clamping if you want more girth.

Dee is exactly pressure+time=edema. It's either one, the other or both causing the problem. Back to your old routine, if it stops working, change it up, the routine itself may need time or intensity changes, but also the order, time or day, etc need to be changed. If you don't start seeing changes with the new routine, go back basics with the old. You're not going to lose anything you gained because you're still doing it, but even changing time and intensity down might help.
Also, not a fan of air pumping, I've seen too many guys go to extremes with it and they end up with a thick dick and the same sized head that they've always had.
