So i was steadily doing PE for a little. i was doing basic exercises, bathmate, and stretches. I gained .5 an inch in length but my girth stayed the same. I stopped doing and only been doing bathmate post sex (i have a gf so whenever we plan on doing it a sneak a nice long 20 min shower with my bathmats in before ). But i decided to start back up and try to get my girth big and permanently big. I read up and found out that slow squash jelqs are the most effective exercise for girth gains. Does anyone have any experience with this exercise? If so how effective was it, what was your gains like, and how long until they became permanent? Thank You.
