If you've already been going in the Bathmate erect, keep doing that. If not, follow the routine to the letter. You can also do BM stretches while you're wearing it, which is good for length. It might take 6 months to a year to get that inch, by why not go for the 2nd inch while you're at it?

One thing that has helped my length is stretching downward in the bathmate. As im pumping and get to a certain pressure that I have found works. I'll stop, stretch downward thirty seconds. And wait another 30. Pump a bit, stretch downward again. And I'll do this untill it's too tight to stretch downward without pain in my nuts. I've added a quarter of in inch recently since I've started doing that. Just something you could try.

I dont know why nobody is stating the obvious. Get down to 10% bodyfat or less and you'll see an increase. What is your body fat. If you have at least 15-30lbs of fat to lose you'll see a significant diference. They ay for every 30lbs of fat you lose, you gain an inch.
Take me for example. I 'm currently cutting after having bulked for almost 2 years. I've lost about 12-15lbs of fat so far. I got maybe another 10lbs to go till I get down to 10% bodyfat.
I have NOTICED about .5-.7 inch difference on my penis from cutting and I'm not even at 10% yet...I'm at 15%.
So long story short and moral of the story....is get to a low bodyfat.
