So I had a PE journal going last summer and I gained some size but was really lazy with it when I got to school. I started up for a bit but was lazy again because I'd over do it and realize I didn't have the time or it was a hassle to make the time.
So heres to a new crack at it.
NBPEL:very slightly over 7
EG: Mid-Shaft very slightly under 5.5
slighty less lower and thicker toward the head
Goals:8x6-6.3 by Christmas
Routine: SG 4-6 hours at least 6 days a week
BM: 10-12mins at 4-5 days a week
I know this isn't the most intense but it fits my schedule and should get some good gains. I'll measure every 2 weeks.
