I'm following the guide and the amount of time I'm going to add is getting very long. Almost at an hour now and I there is no way I will have the time to go 1 hour+? What does everyone do? I an increase in erection length but my dick still turtles a lot and does not hang like I want to. Is size genetics the best way to save time and get hung?

What I do is just what fits in my day. It usually takes 15 minutes out of my day.
I wear the extender for whatever hours I can each day, anywhere between 2h-8h.
Bathmate 10mins, 100 jelqs, another 10min bathmate.
Probably not the optimal but it fits in my day and keeps me happy.
I get a good hang from what I do but I'll probably say bathmate is the way to go if you want hang. It makes it bigger/ heavier and gravity only gives that one option.
