Hi guys. I finally recovered from my varicocele operation and I'm ready to get serious with PE. I got both the SizeGenetics and the Bathmate. I've done PE before but I had to stop my program to recover from the operation. I've got some decent results, but because I haven't done PE for a while the results reverted back. I actually got to 7,5 in(19 cm) at one point, now I'm back to 7 in(17,5 cm) . Still got some plasma retention from the operation, but it should go away soon. This is why I will postpone bathmate for a while.
I'll start first with completing the beginner routine for SizeGentics. I couldn't use it before because of my foreskin, now that I got a VLC tugger the problem is gone. As soon as I finish the beginner routine I'll add the Bathmate into the mix.

I'm going to give you a tip that might help you with the results(based on my opinion):
1. Are you warming up? If not, stop everything you are doing and start warming up before your sessions, at least 2 to 5 minutes on warming up.
2. I know that you just recovered from your surgery but I think you're going too soft on the intensity side, you should be able to AT LEAST go an hour non-stop without any problems.
3. I think it would be smart to do some manuals added to the routine.
4. I think it would be even smarter to super set your SG with the manuals like:
Stretching up, down, to the left and right - 30 seconds each stretch
Do some rotary cranks - 25 to 30 of them is fine
Then strap your SG for an hour on low intensity, and then super set it with the manuals again to regain some circulation, and to help stretch even further, by the next time you super set with the manuals and you strap again, increase the tension a little bit to maybe medium intensity for an hour.
So, the bottom line is that, you should be able to do that, and I think it will help you wonders.
