so ok guys, I just measured and the measure tape said 16.5. WTF not even 3 weeks ago I measured 15.5 at its best.
I just couldn't believe it so i measured again after with a little more strict measurement. It said 16.3
the strange thing is, i havent done pe for like 1.5 week, so i looked at the things id did change. there a couple.
1. I workout fasted and only eat two meals a day between a time window of 6 hours (dieting down)
2. I eat way more veggies.
3. I have decreased masturbation on porn
4. I do full body workouts to create more hgh (and that has been working for me very well)
Anybody have a theory or might know why this is?
I am going to keep doing what I'm doing for another two weeks and keep you guys updated.
none of those things will effect the amount of tissue you have hanging between your legs, doesn't work like that, a couple of more realistic reasons could be:
measured incorrectly the first time
had a weaker erection
or you could have been kinda tight and turtled causing you to get a smaller measurement that day.
don't get excited about all that other stuff, it isn't effecting your dick size unless you can't get a full erection without them.
Im just stoked about the results, I can assure you, it was not an incorrect measurement. I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing and see if it has effect. Although you're probably right, I'm still happy with the results.
