Today i added another 1.25-2.8 lbs So in total 3.55 kg = 7.8 lbs
Hanging: 7.8-LBS - 20 Min SD 7.8-LBS - 20 Min BC Total: Hanging = 8 hours i will spend a good month on 7.8 lbs and i will judge my self if i can add more on 1 November . Feeling was great on my ligament. Also i did not have any problem with new weighs. 20 min was flying also was not any uncomfortable feeling or anything like that. I guess i can add more because it feels that my dick can handle but i want to play safe. Weighs Sweet Weighs |
