If I'm not mistaken, you are approaching a full year of PE. If I had to guess, I would suspect that you've had at least 1/4 to 1/2 of inch in length increase. Perhaps more, perhaps less. Regardless, your log is one of the most of the consistent I've seen, and when I do visit the forum I always look to see if your thread is still being updated regularly. One common trend among all the PE forums is that you'll see a lot of dudes start out super motivated with logs.....then disappear after two or three months because they are not satisfied with their gains. Most likely, they are measuring too often, unable to see the results of long-term PE efforts, and quit after disappointment. I'm not sure how often you are personally measuring, but if it is indeed after several months, I'd say to keep that up so as to not lose any motivation. In regards to your one year mark: 1. At what point do you plan to stop/what is your goal? 2. Do you feel you have transitioned to more of a "shower" from a "grower" as far as a flaccid length is concerned? 3. Without measuring...do you believe your flaccid or erect length length has grown equally, or one more so than the other? 4. Have you noticed any decreased sensitivity? I've always been interested to see results from someone who has a done a legit 1000 hours of hanging, and based on your progression as you are just above 250 hours, I believe you'll likely beat me to it. I've estimated that 1000 hours of hanging AFTER the "Beginner's Gains" that people initially receive from going from no PE to the SG, stretches, etc., would yield around another 1" gain of length. I have no idea if you plan to continue that long/what your goals are, but in any event, keep it up......no pun intended. |

hi there bro ![]() 1.. my goal is to reach 7 inch nbpel 2.. not that much because when u do heavy training is quite impossible to keep that feeling always. 3.. yes i do i believe i have hit some good gains. 4.. i did but now i been off for nearly 5 days and slowly sensitivity is coming back. Specially if u hang u will loose about 30 % of your sensitivity. One thing u should know about me .. i am very hard length gainer but i am very quick gainer on girth . So length is very hard to gain for me . |
