Oh okay sorry. What kind of clamp are you using? With my device you need to be soft first and put it on, and while it's on you stimulate yourself and get hard while slowly tightening it. Once you're fully hard, you tighten the device all the way. If you're using a cable clamp, I'm not sure how those work as I have no experience with them.
