So every set -50 and more down till i reach a full contact with pelvic muscles. Now i don`t do kegels on my heavy set of 650 kg but i start on second set of 600 . So from 600 down i do kegels while i am leg pressing boy oh boy if anyone never experienced this please try and do some leg press as heavy as u can and see by your self what i am talking about. This Morning Hood was so hard so fucking hard that i never experienced before even when i was on 20`s (Now 33) . I was surprised because i thought hanging regularly with no day break my EQ would been shit but boy oh boy |
