From my experience, when I start hanging, I start off at 5 lbs for 5 minutes. Then add on another 5 lbs. i slowly add on weight until I reach my max weight at 11 lbs.
IF I start off at 11 lbs, my max weight. I will feel the pull on my skin, rather than my ligaments. I hope this helps dude! Success is the continuous journey towards the achievement of specific predetermined, worthwhile goals -Chris

Well on bc is the angle that make me feel that the skin is pulled but when I do SD I do feel ligament. Also I don't feel it lately and maybe that mean I should add another 2 lb or something just to make it 10 .

Today
Hanging: 7.8-LBS - 20 Min SD 7.8-LBS - 20 Min BC Total: Hanging = 22 hours I am noticing a huge girth after i take off hanging tool maybe due to kegels but its noticeable. Monday i am ready to add another 1.25 kg in total 5 kg = 11 lbs. Also i feel so good and strange in same time when i move weights from left to right or from right to left . Like a clock Tic Tac ,, man what a feeling on the ligament |

Nice! Whenever you're feeling that fatigue while hanging, it reassures that you're breaking down tissues and growing. Do you still use your PF or did you give up on it? I just purchased one for extended healing. I'll probably aim for a minimum of 4 hrs a day. Got a couple of questions if you don't mind:
1) When you got your blisters, did you not wear the protector cap? 2) Is it okay to get erections in the device and keep the device on or do you have to take it off every time you get a boner? |

Yeah that's what I was worrying about. I get random boners (which is a healthy sign) during the day and would hate to take it off every time. If I can hide it under my clothes, I would even wear it to class. |

i did not have my protection cap but even if u do the blister will come if its meant to be. If u need my personal advice ,, stay way is just waste of time. Yes flaccid look great , and other things like gains etc just rubbish. my guess is that u can do 20 min + on hanging rather than using PF for 4 hours. Also now i am very calm on my brain , i know what i have to do i know i need 40 min for PE a day and also when i feel to i use bathmate just to make it huge. Yes u can get erect while u have it on and yes keep it on its ok ![]() No i don`t use it anymore in fact is on rubbish bin and fuck knows where it is right now somewhere in UK lol All i have home is weights hanging tool also clamping but i don`t use this clamping is to wide i am looking to get something like cable clamping is much more better also comfortable. |

Yeah I already know I'm not going to make any crazy gains with the PF. I'm solely using it for extended healing. I want my dick to be stretched as much as possible. I'm still gonna hang and do my tunica stretches (bundles).
