I was using the progressive hanging method Straight down, 1 set for 20 min with 28lbs. With warm-up time at lower weights the total time was actually about 30 min. I recently started doing seated fulcrum hangs using a length of 1 1/4" plastic electrical conduit across my legs. I currently use 15- 20lbs and the stretch is very intense. I feel this is going to yield better results. I really need to target the septum (steel cord). I'm also hoping this will attack my upward curve and high erection angle by lengthening the top side of my peen(the shorter side).
I've gained about 1/8" that I had lost previously when I had to stop length work and could only use BM once in a while (moved, bought a house, lost a job, started a business etc). I use the LG Hanger and really like it. I have the feeling that if I went to 2 sets per day my progress would be much better but I just don't have time left in my day between running a business, house projects, going to gym and family duties).

I have a small setback though, I have had a pimple on my dick, because of hanging, the pressure of it made it a dark spot.
So right now im taking a break until its gone and then its time to put on some length again.
I'm a 108h in on hang time, so far I have gained somewhere between 1,3 and 1,8 cm. I'm going to add in a modified version of the sg for as many hours as I can and hang for like 40m a day at heavy weight (working my weight up).
