I have made gains from hanging as well, I have not posted my log yet but it will outline what I have done for PE and gains made. Early on I was not very consistent and it was more a learning process, also figuring out what worked with my 'active' lifestyle, that is when I moved to hanging (I will explain in more details in my log). I took pics along the way as well as a fairly consistent PBEL measuring to make sure gains were at least somewhat accurate (along with other measurements like BPSFL and MSEG).
had a little set back the past days, but im back at it.
Currently I have 10 hours of hanging time in 16 days + todays workout which is 2 hours of hanging with 3kg.
Im going to order the male hanger when i get my paycheck again. My goal is to reach 8 x 6 (last time measured 5,5 nbpel x 5 eg)
First goal measuring after 50 hours of hanging time: 5,7 nbpel (no girth goals yet)
im starting to learn how to get better stretches while hanging, ive discovered that vacuuming enhances the stretch in the inner penis and for the first time I felt a legit soreness from hanging, i could tell it was the right kind of soreness so that really motivated me.
finally got a my malehanger, thing is more painfull than the previous hanger, but I guess that just takes some getting used to.
reached my goal of 25 hours hang time (gained 3mm so far). next measurement is at 50 hours hang time, but will be adding weight gradually. I was thinking of 0,5kg (+-1 pound) every 5 hours of hang time. That would mean I would be at 12,1 when I reach 50 hours of hang time, but will see.
hang for ten hours in the coming week (including today)
Finally made some progress,
I'm now 35 hours in hanging and measured an increase of about 1.3 cm, strange though that I didn't see the difference but whatever.
Started at: 14cm nbpel
currently: 15,3cm nbpel and 17cm bpel
pretty happy with the gains, when I reach the 100 hour mark I hope to have reached 17cm nbpel, that would be amazing.
When I'm there at 20cm nbpel I'm going to cement my lenght gains and start clamping.
