i thought it would just make sense to start another log since i am no longer using SG or bathmate at this time. my log will be only days i am doing PE (hanging in this case) i will be on a 4 day week. for example. my PE days will be Tues, thurs, fri, sat only, unless otherwise indicated. day 1 will be tues, day 2 will be thurs, day 3 fri ect...... i am not logging off days at all. i will measure after 60 PE days. in my world that means in the 4 months range. since most hangers are doing the dragon method which is everday mostly for up to 2 sets, i would be the guy who will test weather less is more. this is actually based on my work schedule and not really the way i want to do things, but i am forced to this. who knows, it may be a good thing, we will soon find out. i will try to preform 1 set a day on tues, thurs, fri sat. if i can get 2 sets in occasionally I will. but the concept here is less is potentially more. kinda of an experiment. i will be using the progressive hanging technique like everyone else. wish me luck guys, Bobpod is back!! my officiall stats day one are: 6.6 BPEL and 6.7 BPFSL. thanks.
