Hay dudes. just wanting to know peoples actuall results and how long it took, i used bathmate for like 6 months and yea it made my dick look bigger when soft but . after not alot of gains i decided to stop using now it gathers dust and im back to being small. just want some solid evidence that people are actually getting pernament gains and how long it takes im about 5,9 hard and would kill to be a good 7. but want to know how much time and effort ill need as i have very busy schedule and live at home. dont want to sound like down buzz guys , just want some motivation to get back into it
I gained a solid 1" in about 5 to 6 months. I started at 6.2" x 5 15/16" and am now 7.2" x 6.5" (on a good day). I started with BM Hercules and Size Genetics. I was 39 when I started almost a year and a half ago. I've plateaued the last few months because I changed jobs, moved. I also stopped wearing the SG and Phallosan stretching devices because I cannot conceal them well as I have thick thighs. I have been doing a maintenance program with the BM X-treme 40 and manual stretching a few days per week. I just ordered the LG hanger and will start hanging everyday. There are many on this forum who have legit gains. Philthebeard is one of the best examples. Tank272 started at 6.75 and is now a monsterous 8.5"! He broke his plateau with hanging. The key is consistency, PERIOD. Just like the gym- I train 5 days per week in the gym- NO EXECPTIONS. I focus on strict form and excellent diet. Going through the motions won't cut it after the newbie gains. I most likely will stop when I'm 7.5" on an average day. Go for it! Hook up with Phill- he's experienced and motivated.
thanks for the reply mate, ur gains in 5-6 months is inspiration in its self thats fcking awesome!. iv got a bathmate and am in the proses of trying to get a extender maybe a penis andro gold seing them back of zoo magazine and they seem pretty legit. just sceptical of the investment and afraid of it brakeing. i just dont have alot of time to use bathmate or do manuals because im at gym from about 6 in the morning then str8 to work then str8 to rugby training by the time im home its like 9 at night and then i pre make my lunch for the following day and asleep by ten after dinner. and i cant spend to much time in shower as i live with my family thats why i think a extender may be my best chance as i will just go to sleep with it on. if thats possible ?
I'm sorry to break your dream, but you will need to invest time to get a bigger dick, right now you dont have that time. If you want a bigger unit, start pulling on it manualy for 5 times a week, 60-90 minutes each. I can pretty much guarantee you are gonna be 6.2 in two-three months ( unless you have really weird genetics, which i highly doubt in).
I'm saying this, cuz i have all the tools they promote around here ( SG, PF, BM and some more). So i slept w the PF for about a month w high tension (end yellow/red) and didnt see any gains at all, only ended up w a huge blister.
Now when seriosly back on manuals, 3 weeks later after 2 day off i measured and bang a solid 0.15" increase.To get that i work out on my dick around 2 hours every day...it's really tough sometimes to find the motivation, but meh..i just really want a bigger cock!!
So what you need to do, is look at your daily schedule and ask yourself how bad you really want that bigger dick!? Do you want it more than anything? If so then it should be fairly easy to cut out other things in your life ( like for a year or so).
thats does suck dude i go gym because im very self consiouse and short so i try to make up for it so i couldnt cut that out my routine and i need to work for cash , and the training real important to me im stuck between a rock and a small cock arrrgghh this sucks. would a routine like 7mins bathmate then 20 mins jelquing before sleeping and putting extender on when sleeping str8 after jelqing would that be enuf work to get gains??
Jeh, i quess you'll gain some if you havent done any PE before. Def. not 1 inch w that routine tho..but i guess it could push you over 6" mark, for me that felt really good and was a nice confidence boost.
if you're tight on time i'd skip most things and just get really good at manual stretching, you can get a hell of a lot of stretching done in 20 minutes with your hands, thats if you're after length and for girth yeah the bathmate but you'll have to get a bit more extreme like 15 mins max pressure and maybe a little jelqing before and or after because it looks like 7 mins doesn't cut it for you.
