How do you perform BTC? Sit down and raise your legs?
I have to sit down in a chair high enough that the weight can't touch the floor, attach the weight, grab hold of the MH, prop my legs up on something(in my case a couple fire safes), and then slowly lower the hanger until my dick is holding all the weight, this may take some time, then I set my timer/alarm. BTC is a way different sensation, and for me a hell of a lot more intense stretch. I think this is the only way BDF hangs.
Dr. Bob told me to proceed with caution, he has a good friend that's very experienced in hanging, and he told Bob, it can be dangerous and a guy should wait until he's been hanging for a couple of months before he does BTC. I decided to do both at once after a couple of weeks, so I could use the same weight for both angles, so I was froze at a certain weight a little longer than I had planned, if that makes sense.
I honestly don't see how BTC could be any dangerous lol. It's almost the same angle as SD because the hanger isn't really pulling your penis between the butt cheeks.
