Today hanging 16lbs X 20 minutes SD
13 1/2lbs X 5 minutes BTC
16lbs X 15 minutes BTC
Total hanging time to date 14 hours 40 minutes
Was barely able to finish BTC set. I almost went back to SD a couple of times, was able to tough it out, cause I figured if it felt that intense, that it must really be stretching the ligs, which no doubt at this point are very fatigued and should be susceptible to stretching. I will definitely stay at this weight for a couple of weeks. Probably go to the local bait shop this weekend and pick up some 8oz and 16oz fishing weights, so the next time I do move up, it's not a 2 1/2lb jump ???

I fucking love it Bob. I haven't done it a month, and it already feels like it's making a difference. I do a 5 minute warm up, 20 minute set, then a 10 minute break/warm up and another 20 minute set, so right at an hour a day, and I'm done!!!

Very true sir. Kind of makes me nervous, because I really feel, if I haven't made any gains by independence day (4 mo.) mark for me, I probably need to accept, that I'm not going to get longer and this could be an age thing, as my ligaments are 52 years old. I have already made gains in girth, but I've backed off using the BM, and just concentrating on length for now. If I've gained no length by July 4th, I'll give up hanging and just see how much girth I can gain, I suppose :-\
