Thanks BDF. Not sure I can make it that long, but I'm gonna go as long as I can . Did you ever have days like that when the weight you had been using just seemed a lot more intense? Not sure what would cause that. My dick is kind of sore also, but in a good way, if you catch my drift.
Yes. I still have those days where the weight feels a lot heavier than the previous day. It's most likely because your dick is a little fatigued. Most guys would think that you need a day off which isn't necessary. Your dick actually stretches better in a fatigued state. The weight only feels heavy for the first few minutes anyway. If you have trouble in those few minutes though, just lower the weight for 3-5 mins, then put the weight back and finish the set.
i just had two days off dragon, i will only do 15 pounds today, off again tomorrow (nothing i can do about all this time off, hope its not the death of me) and by friday will hang 17.5
Yeah, I have no idea, if the time off will work against you, or to your benefit, or if it will make any difference what so ever. I know BDF has taken days off, albeit not as consistently as you do. (I know you're forced to). with doing this 21 days in a row so far, I'm not 100% sure I will be able to hang 16 lbs at this point,(my dick feels really fatigued) but for damn sure gonna try, as from what I understand, the more your dick is fatigued, the more it is apt to stretch. I'll probably have to take some weight off for 3 to 5 minutes and add it back...........we'll see
4 days a week is still really good especially since you are doing multiple sets each day. I'm positive that you will see good gains. I know Malehanger used to hang only 5 days a week and take the weekend off. I'm doing a mixture between his progressive hanging method, and Bib's "hang every single day so that your ligaments don't heal" method. Of course I do have days where I just don't feel like hanging or I procrastinate and end up skipping it.
