I am starting to think about BDF in my sleep....lol
His thread on progressive hanging has me thinking about what other PE exercises could be progressive. I recently split my MathMate sessions into 2 ~ 10 minute sessions. I am going to slowly increase the time of them from 10 to 15 over the next few weeks to a month....then add a 3rd set and do 3 ~ 10 minute sessions and slowly work them up to 15 minutes each. I believe that progressive work could benefit girth gains.
I have also taken BP's message to heart. I believe that I'm mostly after girth right now. When I started my PE journey I was between 4.25" - 4.5" EG. I believe that girth is most important to a woman's intercourse experience and have a long term goal of hitting 6.5". I realize that will take years and may not even be possible, but none the less its my goal. I would also like to increase my 6" EL to 8" but that goal takes a back seat to girth. I will still be using my extender and Stealth system for the first 3 months and then evaluate my routine.
To help me achieve my goal of girth gains I am using my BathMate 2x per day now, doing manual jelqs, and well as Power J Gym jelq sets of 5 to 15 minutes. In even this very short time I do feel fuller girth. I know I am just getting started but the BM helps keep me motivated (and of you guys who stop by my log from time to time).
I've not been able to get my 2nd BM session in the past 2 days. This days reason was my wife attacked me so I got a different type of workout in instead....I wish that kind would help a pecker grow....but no such luck.
So I will be using my my BM today and Sunday to make up for the 2 lost sessions. I may even wear my extender this weekend as well...

I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
