So I dedicated this entire week to changing everything over to thrive and creating a CRO heavy landing page. Despite my low traffic (since no effort has been put into it) I still managed to capture 2 emails in the last two hours. I also had a few visitors visit some sales pages but I've yet to check if they led to any sales (doubt it).
I am super interested to see how conversion will look once I start getting some traffic. Google analytics showed a definite increase in bounce rate, but I think overall sales>bounce rate. I will continue to optimize and try to get that bounce down regardless. End of this week I will be going heavy on writing again and CROing my articles heavily as I go. February Goals:
-Put 120 hours into my blog -Hit 500 active users -Make my first sale through blogging |

Bounce rate is defined as the percentage of visitors who visits a single page on your site, without performing another action. However, if you're not tracking your email signup as a conversion in Google Analytics, it will count towards the bounce rate (visitor landed on page, signed up, left = bounced)

Yo dude, I see you man. I felt like that a lot last month. With online stuff, The weird thing is that hard work does not always equal more conversions. It can be really frustrating.
However, I have only posted 5 times this month (posted 14 times in Jan, Feb, and March) and this has been the highest revenue generating month. I just focused more on CRO and gathering data in Hotjar. I know you are focusing on CRO a lot more lately too. Just stick to the plan man. You will get it. Maybe take a day or two off and remember why your in this. Think about the life you want to live and the life do not want to live. That motivates me everyday to do at least 1-2 things for my business. That is better than nothing. Remember every time you push through the self doubt a bit, you get stronger. Just like lifting weights. By the way, the new design of your website looks great. Hope this helps, Ray 2017 Goals:

There are no guaranteed results online. Building a successful business is a very, very long string of events and completed tasks that all adds up. You need to learn to enjoy the process, and know within yourself that each step you take brings you close to your goal. If you keep looking for instant gratification you're gonna be taking a lot of hits. "Motivation is fleeting and easy to rely on because it requires no concentrated effort to get. Absolutely Dannn and I know that, perhaps it is my ego that shines through sometimes. I knew from the get go this was an investment of time and I tell myself all the time not to expect results for a year. Just hit a bit of a lull, I will be back on the horse in no time. Still grinding the same regardless.
Just checked my Domain authority on moz.com. Last month it was 6 and now it is 15 with a page authority of 20!! That is pretty fricken high for a website less than 7 months old! I thought this might have been an error so I checked another website and got the same result. Holy shit i'm fired up. Most of the people I've been reaching out to do guest posts for are around DA 15.. February Goals:

It has been 4 days since I have done anything with my blog for the first time since I started. I am not here to make excuses for myself although I have been busy. Ultimately I just felt lazy and needed a break to refresh things.
I plan on going balls to the wall in may and hopefully making some big steps forward. I had a lot of fun this month with friends and going out so May will be 100% dedicated to business. No more free time until I'm making internet money. February Goals:

Yo Casp10, it's all good man. Your making progress and your website looks great.
I always have the feeling like I do not deserve to chill bc I have to hit my goal first. But that is no way to live. We gotta relax and enjoy ourselves. I'm not saying put less time into your business or be lazy. I'm just saying it's okay to take some days and enjoy life. I need to get better at it too man. I'm in the struggle with you. We will get there with time. Thanks, Ray 2017 Goals:

Working two jobs right now. Between the two of them I work 14 days in a row, I'm also doing split shifts at one of them. Thankfully thursday I am done with one of the jobs.
Didn't smoke weed yesterday for the first time in awhile but went out drinking with friends. I managed to squeeze two hours of work in on the blog during the day. I'm super motivated to work on it but I just can't find the time during the day lately. February Goals:

Hey man, it's tough working full time and trying to start a business. Some days I do not have the energy to do a lot either.
Will Freeman had a great quote from his channel. He said if you can do even one small thing for business every day that will put you way ahead of the game. So on days I'm so tired, I will I do one quick thing for my website. Like take 15 minutes to switch around CTA buttons or change the copy or pics on email subscribe boxes or edit a post. It keeps the momentum going if nothing else. So if those small things though have paid off a lot for me this month. Either way, do not beat yourself up. We all gotta chill out a little more. I know I need to. Remember all the progress you have made thus far man. You are killing the game. Just do nothing to get off the horse and stay hungry. You will be fine man. I know it. I expect you to go on a workaholic spree soon. Lolz. Ray 2017 Goals:

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
Kratom is next!
