I'm feeling pretty discouraged right now honestly.
I missed my writing goal the last two days in a row. Granted I spent all day one of those days doing meal prep and hitting the gym so it was worth it, but still mad I fell off 5 days into a 100 challenge. I also haven't had the success I initially did with reddit which has somewhat curbed my confidence. I also haven't been getting the amount of subs I was expecting which also has me less confident. I gotta get my laser focus back because this week was bullshit. Smoking a lot of weed and prioritizing bro time leaves me no one to blame but myself February Goals:

Yo dude, I feel ya man. You are just hitting a rough patch man. This game is not easy. If it were, everyone would do it.
I have felt the way on some days. I also have the "what if this whole blogging this does not work out" thoughts. They are just not productive man. Everything is a learning experience and closer step to success. It's hard to internalize at the time but it is true. We just cannot give up st this online business thing. If we keep trying we will eventually hit it. And sooner rather then later. That is what motivates me to grind. If I go hard I will either succeed or fail quicker. If I succeed great, if I fail quick enough I can quickly move on to something else. The whole blogging thing takes time though. I do not think I will be able to replace the income from my job for another 1-2 years. But that's fine. If I had more money then I might have done eCommerce. Higher risk and reward sooner but that besides the point. We just gotta keep working man. It will work out if we try our best to do the rights things. I truly believe that. It is the will of the force. Lolz. Thanks, Ray 2017 Goals:

Thanks Ray, times like these remind me how beneficial this forum is. I don't ever plan on stopping and I agree wholeheartedly with everything you say. Just gotta dig deeper than usual right now.
On another note I feel absolutely exhausted the last few days. Not sure why, I've been eating healthy, sleeping good and keeping stress in check. February Goals:

Recall how I said some time back that being motivated/fired up is just as stressful as "bad stress"? You need to learn to "save" your motivation and how to utilize that fire inside for more than a day or two. It's hard to explain, but it can be stretched out over a longer period of time if you limit that "I'm going to fucking kill it right now!" mentality. It's a marathon, not a sprint. I would suggest both of you to start an offline log, one only you read. IMO these online logs are useless for their main purpose, which is to analyze your own behavior and learn why you think how you do. Everything goes through a filter before being posted, but a log should be a more raw, like a brainstorm. I had multiple logs on this forum years back, but I deleted them and switched to an excel spreadsheet. I put in my "supplements" for the day, my HRV, my morning temperature and then write anything noteworthy for that day, or if I learned something about myself. Doing this allowed me to overcome my depression and anxiety years back, by becoming extremely aware of my subconscious thoughts (which essentially dictates your mood). This also means I continuously become more and more resilient to stress. Anyway, a bit of a rambling. I hope you can use it for something lol "Motivation is fleeting and easy to rely on because it requires no concentrated effort to get. Motivation comes to you, you don't even have to chase after it.
Discipline is reliable, motivation is fleeting. The question isn't how to keep yourself motivated, it's how to train yourself to work without it."

HRV? Heart rate variability or? What's the significance of it, dannn?
Anyway how do guys have such great stamina (casp10 and rebelray) working a full time job and then more on your side gig? Any secrets to share? I have chronic fatigue since I was a kid (as young as 6 I remember feeling exhausted all the time) so I could only wish I can put in as much hours as you guys

Dannn- It's helarious the day you brought that up I wrote a post on keeping a journal. It has been extremely beneficial for me in the past and something I started slacking on. By recommending it I have to hold myself accountable to using it myself. You can learn a whole lot about yourself that's forsure.
Edgy- Man you just plug in and go. If you have read my website or even this log you know I struggle with fatigue pretty hard as well. I think the fact that I am extremely passionate about what I am doing helps. It is either this or going back to school and the course I would be taking would require a whole lot more energy so I try to keep that in mind. A few more tips: 1. Social life takes a back seat. Free time goes to the brand 75% of the time minimum 2. I aim for a minimum of 8 hours sleep a night. I nap whenever possible. Naps are something I use to view as unproductive but it is quite the opposite. Recharging your battery is super benfecial. 3. Eat healthy. I need to treat my body like a temple or I get fatigued as hell. 4. Supplements. Shilajit is my absolute favorite supplement for fatigue, I recommend it on my site if you're interested. Licorice root has also been helpful for me, it has been shown to improve low cortisol levels which can be a big cause of chronic fatigue. 5. Break your work down into small chunks. I can't focus for more than two hours at a time. I usually write in the morning for 2 hours, go workout for 30 minutes to get the blood flowing, come home and work for another hour, nap for an hour, work for an hour, take a walk and get some fresh air, work for an hour etc. Granted this would be a day off not a workday. 6. Always remember that 2 hours a day are more than 99% of people are investing. I'm only able to invest about 90 hours a month right now (my obsessive mind probably doubles that time via offscreen brainstorming and strategizing) but I still feel like the progress is coming. When I make enough to ditch the job, you can invest more time and energy Get your cortisol levels checked dude. Fix what you can rather than push through it. 3. February Goals:

Just got a guest post accepted and published on a DA 40 PA 50 website in my niche! Expecting some nice link juice over the next few months from this. Curious as to how traffic will look as the sites daily viewers are supposedly about 2000-3000

HRV is my secret weapon. Sometimes it's hard to judge if you're tired or stressed, but this helps me analyze which it is. If I'm truly stressed I'll work on toning down my CNS (foam rolling, walking, meditating). It just gives somewhat concrete numbers on something can be hard to tell, and when you want to pursue 3-4 goals at once you need all the help you can get. In terms of stress management, like casp said, sleeping is incredibly important. 8 hours of sleep at night, and a 20 min nap after lunch. But the most important factor is how well you are at managing your thoughts, let them go rampant and you can stress yourself out in a couple of hours. The most important factor however, is learning how to be productive without stressing, and how to be fast but not hurry. Working in itself is not hard on the body, and your work capacity goes up very fast. However, stressing about working is extremely taxing (It thinks it needs to fight or flight constantly). YOU can entirely control these (subconscious) thoughts, if you learn how to do so. See previous post I've just ordered a bunch of adaptogens as well so looking forward to trying them out. I wanted to upload a few progress pics now that I have been getting back in the gym.
I lifted for roughly 8-9 years and didn't lift for over 6 months straight. These pics are roughly two weeks after returning to light weight rehab work and a good diet. February Goals:

Had another guest post get accepted on a DA 20 site. The site owner loved it and it took me an hour to write. Had a 1 hour skype video with another blogger who is much ahead of me and he showed tons of interest in future projects together.
The ball is rolling, I can taste success in the air. February Goals:

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
