Don't pm me asking questions if you are not going to message me back with a thank you after a lengthy answer or if you are going to debate with my experiences. If you can't say please and thank you, ask your mother to teach you some manners.

Way too vague man... Lot of factors to consider.
In general, repeat customer base is more important then bringing in new customers. So new customers you want to eventually turn into repeat customers... AKA high quality work and service, for a good price. Focus on the macro portions of the business. Don't try to save pennies on types of paint brushes, try to save hundreds on.. whatever takes up the majority of revenue (idk shit about painting). What type of painting does he do? general inside/outside work? Identify your market (again, on the macro scale.. Mostly rich folks in big houses? small rooms?) and find out how to advertise to them directly in a way that'll appeal to them. If it's rich white old people, make your ad appeal to rich white old people. If you want more concrete help, consider looking up a Small Business Association Office near you (if you're in the US). They get paid from tax dollars so it's free to get resources from them and more specific guidance. Take Action.

Make it a small daily task of yours, to check out the local Craigslist "Gigs" Section once a day.
Search for "Paint" and see what comes up. This will literally take only about 1 minute out of your day. It is a simple, small, repeatable task you can do everyday, 7 days a week, without very much effort. This could potentially land you lots of jobs. The results may be infrequent, but at the end of the year this could result in a nice chunk of extra profit. TL |

-This. And also use local FB sales groups. search: "CITY buy, sell, trade" You can also search for keywords like "paint" in these groups + post ads. -Try and set up some type of commission-based partnership with relevant businesses. You recommend them, they recommend you. Cross promotion can work wonders. -Yelp is huge nowadays so make sure you have one for his business. Service type businesses don't even require an address if that's an issue........ -Another thing you can do is create YT videos targeting local keywords. Just a simple powerpoint/slideshow works. Design the thumbnail look like a banner ad. Make it pop out vs all the text-only search results. Some local niches are super easy to rank for in Google. Example layout: *name the file of your video your target keywords + tags Title: paint keyword + city + state - Phone # Description: paint keyword + city + state - Phone #/Website A BIT OF BUSINESS INFO *You can insert your tags here too VIDEO LINK Tags/keywords: paint keyword + city + state, paint keyword + city, paint keyword, city * also make sure to use plural forms And set the video location to the city you're targeting. See what works better and just put more effort into those areas. CL and FB I'd recommend you do first.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
