If you're getting into that kind of business and you don't know where to find people like that, I don't know if it's a good idea for you to even attempt it in the first place.

What exactly do you mean by "like to party"? You've worded it a bit weirdly... I can't tell if it's a euphemism for doing drugs, kinky sex or innocent people who just like to go to parties lol.

I'm guessing his talking about chopping hard/soft - if you don't know what that is I can't say. It's good money but your going to get robbed, these people are all over the place but here I'll help you out anyway, its a long process.

#1) Light up a cig infront of a convinence store - the more ghetto the better
#2) Buckets will usually ask you for a smoke, ask them what else they're into - say you have a link for hard/soft.
#3) Handle your biz - make a group of clients
